  1. The ac I will be removing soon...which could make room for that relocation short route intake.
  2. The car won't be driven in the wet, it's mainly going to be tracked or used during the summer.
  3. Gave myself a project today, got rid of the stock intake system and went with a cold air intake approach...as cheap as possible. Using spare stock intake parts from the glanza and other cars, blue silicone hose from a blitz FMIC, gear clamps, PVC 90 degree elbow, and a knock off K&N cone filter...plus one zip tie for safety Cold Air Intake routed down beside the battery against the fan shroud. Tight fit, but doesn't rub on anything, sits nice against the fan shroud and doesn't get in the way of the fan blades for the radiator. One zip tie to keep it from rattling, but it
  4. I'm over in the west coast, sourced this one myself from a dealer in Japan bro
  5. Looking at good condition used parts... -Decat downpipe -coilovers (bc racing or meister) -FMIC Everything is for a 1997 glanza v Message me if you have anything. Thanks.
  6. Plug and play ECU ordered, spur of the moment decision!
  7. Strip some weight today...also removed the entire exhaust before the stock down pipe, jeez its loud at that moment lol Hopefully some parts ordered soon
  8. Parts list: -Front and Rear drilled/slotted rotors+braided lines -FMIC -BC Racing Coilovers -Aluminum Radiator+colder thermostat -Custom downpipe+2.5 exhaust My only issue with a majority of these parts is availability as I live in Canada and there really is no market for these cars. Anyone recommend a couple good places for me to source all these parts through? Thanks!
  9. you spy correctly.... They are Konig Flat outs 15x8
  10. Nothing major at this time, want to drop it, probably FMIC, and open up the exhaust to a 2.5 system. Just changed the oil, plugs, and coolant. I have BC's on my R34 skyline and they work great, might go with BC's for the Glanza also. That skyline in the background is a project car, belongs to a buddy of mine, old 1989 GTS-T drift car.
  11. Got this 1997 Glanza V over a couple weeks ago, spent a bunch of time refreshing the paint with a clay bar and polish. With some searching I found the car has the LSD, which was an unexpected find!! The only thing I have done so far is a new set of wheels and rubber, 15x8 Konig flatout with 195/55/15 rubber. Next on the list is some coilovers, and recommendations? Need to do some basic maintenence, other then that the car is great, 123,000 kms.
  12. UPDATE: Had a chance to play with the car today, put on the new wheels and rubber. While I was at it I checked and the car has the LSD!! Some nice pics with a better camera....need some coilovers next!
  13. nice! I will be in touch once the car lands and is in the garage then
  14. I live in Vancouver B.C There is a decent sized following, but nothing major.
  15. I got it for a really good deal considering how much shipping is to Canada....I do expect it may need some maintenance, but hopefully nothing major. As for interior pictures, I did have some from before when it was in Japan, but now I can't source them anymore....so I will have to wait until the car arrives in Canada. Thanks for the warm welcomes!
  16. Just purchased a 1997 GlanzaV 5speed last month for a fairly good deal, plan to track the car and have some fun with it. As I have a daily already this will be a nice car just to tinker with and have a good time in. There doesn't seem to be any mods other then a turbo timer, front strut bar, and rear tower bar. From what I have found is the interior isn't from this generation of starlet, and the wheels are certainly not stock wheels. Possibly the vehicle was modded a bit before and then returned stock before sale. So far only purchase I have made is a set of new wheels 15
