I am going to forge my engine should I replace my valves springs valve guides and stems? Anything else I shoukd be replacing seals or anything else also wheres best to buy valves valve guides and stems from?

Why would you change cams would it be to give you more power over a certain range?

I know everyone uses the major piston and rods manufactures I.e weisco and pec however is there any companies in the UK that make these not major companies I mean local firms who make forged rods and pistons any advice?

Ive already had a few offers mate I am going to sell them they have stretched tyres really good conditions as you can tell from the posts car only comes out in the summer summer so not many miles covered

What were the exact spec of the alloys you ran please did you have the ksport 6pot brake kit with the bigger discs?

No way I would've thought you had sold at least one by now lol I spoke to future motorsport they will do my mapping for me once I get my bits so no doubt will give you a call when am there
