  1. I used a dremel tool thing to task the top lip off as the contre console on my GT, it wouldnt got over the edge of my cd player. i put a pocket underneath the cd player i bought off ebay, its not perfect but better then a big whole in the dash.

  2. what dus your car do when in hight revs and you let off but not all the way just half power? what dus it sound like ??

    Was just looking through some threads and saw this. The engine management light hasnt came back on for ages now, but it does still fuel cut if i floor it. i bought a jam fcc to replace the hks fcd but i think im just going to get an apexi power fc and get it mapped.

    i did (still have) but toyota have said it doesnt look like they are able to get any, they said they would leave them on order just incase but it looks like there deffiently not available, im gutted. got an awesome set of brand new alpine type x comonents doing nothing.

I think the standard brakes on the starlet gt are pretty good (not as good as my crx tho) seem to bring mine to a stop without too much effort even though mines got a fair bit of power. i was told by the previous owner it had uprated front pads, still has the standard discs. I did fit a master cylinder brace a bit ago that firmed up the pedal a bit.
