-
There is a few ae92 corollas at pick a part over here which I could get the itbs off them for about 35$ so like 15pounds
-
Okay bro thanks
-
I know you need to custom make it I just need to get the throttle body's to start it all off, I can always get a new ecu
-
Craig ran his without a map to start with and it worked, but if you think it's a bad idea then I girss I won't haha
-
Does anyone have any throttle bodies for a itb setup?! Am realy keen on doing this setup but trying to do it as cheap as possible! Can anyone give a hand?
-
No updates?? Just read this whole thing and fell in love with it!!! So keen on doing an itb
-
Can anyone make a tutorial on how to do this? Me and my brother may give it a try )
-
Thanks dude will stick to standard intake many then seems like cons out weigh the pros for me anyway hahs!
-
I've seen a few engine bays on here where guys are running trumpets instead of a intake manifold? Where can you get these as I think they look so much nicer and what are the pros/cons of them?
-
These all look so nice!
-
Hey guys just wondering, swapping a non rpm cluster with the glanza cluster what wires go where and what wires do you need to hook up so the rpms actually show?
-
I doubt it, looks like the overall width and profile of the tyre has to be brought down to a minimum.
a 205 50 will have a profile in mm of 102.5 and you currently have 205 55 which have a profile in mm of 112.75, so that would only give you about 10mm less height overall, but the width would still be the same.
Looks like ill just have to sell them off haha
-
You'll prob be buying tyres sooner than you want to anyway because the way thata sitting just now the arch will burn through thwm in no time.
When i had 16s on my old GT i had 195/45/R16 tyres, even they looked big.
Will 205/50's stop rubbing? Cause i don't have the money to be forking cash out for low profiles :/
-
Fuck man that's just the wrong tyre on the wrong wheel and with an inch spacer as well lol!!! Bid put the standard wheels back on till you can get proper sized tyres.
Sorry but they also look ridiculously oversized as well
They are only 16s aha
-
Just an update on the rubbing, This is how bad the rub is
Its going to take alot more than some sanding! I have tried sanding it back a bit but i think it needs to move back quite a bit. If only i could knock that one area back a little bit then it would all be okay!
-
Thanks heaps dude! Sorry i can't afford them atm :/ I would really love to get them!Totally understand hope you get sorted.
Phil
-
ill carry them over to ya
Phil
That would be expensive as haha! I would love to but don't really have the money :/ Also mine fit now anyway just a bit of rubbing i have to sort out is all :/
-
just buy these
http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/88264-now-on-ebay-sparco-crimson-ns2-15-alloys-jdm/
and sell your 16s
Phil
I live in new zealand bro haha
-
Have to be a smaller profile tyre then by the sounds of it bud
John
Wish i had the money for new tyres
-
This is the wheel on the car, It rubs in this spot here! VV
The left side of the tire so closest side to the camera is the side of the wheel (when i have my 16s on) that rubs on it. the rest of the wheel has fine clearance!
-
I did that rob and it says this forum doesn't allow these photo extensions or something is that because they are jpgs?
-
They are 38 offset I have 1" spacers on them it's only just rubbing, I'll try upload a photo of where it's rubbing, how do i post a photo on here?
