I set it at stock pressure and it was lean so I tried it at 3 bar and it was richer at idle but still lean as soon as any boost was present

My car was running perfectly with the stock turbo and the afr’s we’re good. Then I put the td04 on and it idles fine around 14.7 and it also fuels fine when not on boost but as soon as these is any boost it just leans right out. Installed a rrfpr today but that didn’t help either

Ordered some 450cc Mazda injectors and going to get a clutch soon. Still need to plumb in the EBC and remove the PCV valve on the rocker cover

Yeah, the cast ring on the compressor side had come off and it must’ve been sitting wrong and I think it also looks like it’s running leaner because I’m hardly running any boost. Wastegate works as it should and sounds amazing

Got the new turbo core in and it’s runs much better, keeping it at 0.4 bar until it gets a map

It’s nowhere near fuel cut, it won’t make boost

Yes the ring is in and the Diaphragm has no holes or rips in it

Yeah it’s been welded shut, taking the turbo off again tomorrow. If it isn’t that then I have no idea, unless the fuel pump has given up but it was fine before the td04

Got the kit on yesterday and took it for a test, as I came into boost there was a big bang/pop and it wouldn’t make any boost after that and started running very lean. New td04 cartridge is going in tomorrow as no boost pipes were leaking.

Td04 kit is being put on Monday. Then I need clutch, injectors and emanage harness and she’s ready for a map

Yeah I probably will sell it but it has been welded and it’s not the prettiest, but it works

I plan on getting my car mapped with emanage ultimate with td04 at 1 bar but not sure what injectors to get and if I need a fpr because I don’t want to run the standard injectors at their limit
