Scrap that, the actuator bracket had moved and the waste gate penny was open comes in at 3100 now and full boost by 3600 and going back to get the map tweeked and have a 3 port solenoid

Na there isnt an option for that on an omex says to buy a tacho driver. Which I think is just a resistor

It is configured for square wave signal but low not high. Read somewhere you can use a 1k resistor inline and make it work

Is the resistor easy to get to?

Yeah removed the dizzy. Is there no way of getting it to work maybe with a tacho driver.

Connected up the wire to the tacho wire on the back of the cluster and isn't working is there something else I need to do? its omex 600

dont machine 1.5mm off the inside of the astra disc bell, just get a machine shop to turn the disc down to 277mm from 280 and make a ring to fit in the hub to make it fit a starlet properly
