Just an update to close the thread off for anyone’s future interest. I tried one of the wheels on the front of the car (ET25 and 7” wide) and unfortunately it stuck out of the wing by about 10mm. Unfortunately the wheel didn’t have a tyre on so not sure if it would have gone into the arch by that 10mm with the car back off the jack and weight back on the wheel. Shame, they were really nice rims. 

Will I need longer wheel studs for 7” wide alloys with an ET25 offset? 

My car is a standard n/a ep91

Did your car come with those headlamp protectors already fitted? I fancy a pair of them. 

Just trawl ebay and Gumtree for any bugeye (e11 I think) Corolla’s being broke and send them a message reference the inlet. 

There’s usually a few being broke. 

I’d be interested in your TTE back box haha. I’ll likely go down the custom stainless steel box as close to a TTE style one as I can I reckon. 

It looks good I have to say, especially if it’s just a trim piece welded on

I've never seen my low fuel warning illuminate either, and I've had the needle quite close to the bottom too.

What make is it pal and is it washable like a K&N jobbie?

Looking for an uprated panel filter from the usual suspects (K&N, Pipercross etc) for an N/A EP91.

Yeah that's what I thought but their listing also gives the dimensions that are obviously oblong rather than the square shape of the oem filter.

Does anyone know the product code for the K&N filter? All the ones listed for an 4E-FE Starlet are oblong rather than square-ish.
