  1. Thanks Cherry, PM sent. EP91sleep, which set you pick up mate?
  2. Yes mate, I'm led to believe that one of the first TD04 conversions was carried out on an Auto. I drove a manual Glanza yesterday for the first time, it was stock and I loved it mate, completely different experience all together. I do like the chilled out experience of pointing and shooting with an Auto and it's brilliant in rush hour/traffic but I do prefer the manual for straight up driving and having control over the gears through bends and turns. Sorry to say but I think I'm swaying towards converting mine to Manual... Let me know what your bro did with his Auto though, I'm still in two mi
  3. Thanks Morgey! Appreciate the input matey. Fingers crossed they're not sold, just sent him a message.
  4. As above. Would like them to be in good condition. Miester R's preferred. Thanks
  5. same blue or slighter darker shade of blue I reckon mate. I think you'd need to go all the way if you were going for the rally theme. Number stickers etc
  6. Great collection fella! They're all mint as well . R32 GTR and M3 have always been on my bucket list.
  7. The last one mate, with maybe another line in symmetry with less thickness..
  8. Hi DriiFTiE, is it a manual? PM me details, may be of interest. Thanks
  9. I personally think the bumps and dents add character. Think of them as battle scars.. ;) Good work MrSweden, looks great Personal opinion is that a plain white windscreen sticker would have looked better, but it still looks good. And don't go painting the mirrors blue! Keep them white or black.
  10. haha some nice rides here lads.. I may aswel join in on the fun, Up until last September, this was my daily a mk2 Fiesta with 1.6 CVH engine and box: Owned for 3 years. After going through some boring cars, I missed having a hot hatch...I then bought this Glanza: Owned for just under a month now and loved every moment I also enjoy riding motorbikes when the sun is out, this is my Aprilia 125 ETX with 2 stroke Rotax Racing engine. Owned for 2 years. I'm also restoring this..a Mercedes 280ce W123. Currently undergoing a full body strip down, restoration and respray
  11. Hi Chops, as above, I tried messaging you mate but your inbox must be full. Interested in HKS BOV and Rear Strut Brace with plastics with cash on collection. Get in touch pal. Thanks
  12. PM sent Glanza Ragger
  13. yeah mate, blast some redex a shell nitro fuel through it mate. Keep an eye on the plugs as black soot usually means your running rich.
  14. my Glanza has 235,000km on the clock lol. Engine still smooth as f*** and pulls like a train. Only wear and tear I've got is suspension and bushes which I'm replacing very soon.
  15. DRiiFTiE has one mate. Drop him a message. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/105719-aftermarket-omp-steering-wheel-boss/#entry1211157
  16. haha well lets continue whatever it is because I'm enjoying seeing the progress on yours.. My progress may be somewhat slower but by the end of this year I'm hoping to have built a cracking little go kart. You mentioned that your dad and bro are automatic transmission specialists...would you happen to have any info on how to support bigger power on auto box in a Glanza pal?
  17. Yes mate, I'm sure some will say its not period correct but i think it looks cool nevertheless.. Did you use the Japanese ebay then? I think I should get one to match the shocking vintage handling I'm experiencing on my Glanza atm lol. Next items on the list are a set of Miester R coilovers and some powerflex bushes haha.. So what is this Matt, does this turn into a game of improving our cars and teasing for a swap? haha
  18. Ah okay mate, it sounds to me like throttle body needs cleaning out or you need to check air/fuel mixture. I'd also do a compression test for feedback. I've not had my Glanza long mate, I'm sure there's more experienced individuals on here who can help.. Let us know how you get on fella
  19. ah okay, guessing your not running standard ct9 turbo? Are you running fuel cut defender, high pressure fuel pump or piggyback/standalone ecu to support bigger turbo?
  20. From my experience, carbon fouling on plugs usually means the car is running too rich or there is low compression. May also be worth checking dizzy cap, rotor arm, all the leads etc. Air filter/ throttle body may be clogged up too? Have you looked at Air/Fuel mixture? Are you running stock set up? May not be starting due to fuel cut.. I know it happens whilst driving but I'm not entirely sure if fuel cut can happen when your trying to turn engine over..
