finally got round to adjusting my intake cam with the servive bolt today and fitted this ;) also got some washer jets off a GT but for some reason the pipe that the hose goes on faces the other way so got all the hoses out and fitted some nice blue ones doing abit more tomorrow will update then comments welcome

shes running need to re tension the intake cam gear but other than that all is good so far Clicky clicky 2 Sounds pretty good but cant really hear due to the shitty fone lol let me know what you think.

basicly it sort of sounds like a really loud anti roll bar link knock but a garage has said the rack is on its last legs even knowing it past an m.o.t lol il have to have a look over it and see

so changing just the rods will be fine

no lol they said if theres play in the inner rods you cant only change the rods as the play proberly has damaged were they bolt to or something

i havent no just been asked if i can change it for them lol if its just in the inner rods aprently u have to change the rack as it damages the rack or something lol

got a really loud nocking from the front both sides and been told its the rack
