if its the pipe over the manifold its 99% that bit has popped off mine was always doing it lol

does sound weird i would try it on another car first

did you buy second hand ? only thing u can do is to try the alternator on another car and see if its still low

its the alternator then should be around 14 think the right amount is 13.2 to 14.8 or something but that is low mate try a different alternator

whats the battery charging at when its running mate ?

best thing to do its bolt it back together and try again mate and show pictures how you have connected everything before you start it up

i think ive got some pictures of how its fitted so il did them out and post it up so u can see if you have them wrong

can you take a picture of were its coming in mate you proberly have put a water line on one of the vacuum inlets

what about the maifold gasket did you replace that ? as theres a water way on the manifold and the gasket blanks it if i remember rightly

This has proberly been covered but cant find it i need to wrap my middle section and rear box how much wrap would i need ?

try a new hose mate it might be breaking down and coolant seeping through the layers thats all i can think of -
turns out the impact has altered the tracking so tracked the steering wheel straight and adjusted today and now no noise turns out the wheel was catching on the metal part of the inner wing lol.

only does it when the cars on the ground and cant get under to hear it lol

can someone with a 1 or 2 measure the adaptor in theres so i can see if its the same size
