done a few small bits today .. got my oil cooler core fitted also finished off my door cards still got to finish the passenger side and file the edges on both will update more soon. Progress is slow at the moment but will be more soon comments welcome

Just run a joining box from original live wire and run new cable to boot,, Earth to a good thick bit of metal in the boot.. so use fuses some dont there is a link on here mate

Just an idea of mine, When changing the door cards for metal ones whats the best way to mount the interior door handle as obviously the screw hole in the middle wont work ? any pictures of what people have done ? Thanks.

Spent a few hours on the car over the weekend, Finally got all sound deadening off took about 8 hours. Rerouted the wiring loom and boot release cables to make the rear a bit neater after removing unwanted wires just need to paint the rear. Just need to secure it down neatly and remove the rest of the loom that i dont need. Got this to sort next Got my glanza washer bottle fitted which frees up a lot of room Temporary fitted the grill needs adjusting and dont help that the bumper is sagged in the middle How she sits at the moment hopefully the end of the small updates and time to get the goodies on Got rid of the thick metal on the door ready to make a new door card for it ( not cleaned up yet ) getting rid of more weight Will upload better updates soon Thanks.

Hi guys i know when you remove ac and fit a alloy rad, when wired up the fan runs constant until you bridge the ac wire. However i am getting rid of all the ac loom and fuse box so how can i get round the problem of the fan running all the time ?

Im getting rid of as much as possible behind my dash and just wondered what these bits are. The blue and white connectors on the left The black box and round bit are for heater stuff right ? Also this relay ? Also what are these ? Any help will be great thanks.
