Yea man that's annoying cheers anyway I'll ring a scrappy see if they have any starlets
-
Anyone have any ideas what this might be and how I can check? Seems to be leaking only out of the breather filter, cheers
-
they fit straight on to the turbo mate really tidy job
Ah nice one mate do you think there would be much difference in power using the bike filter over front mounted apexi?
-
You should be fine for a while i run meshed all the time, but if your on gravel you should deffo get a bike filter like whitenoize mentioned just to be safe
Sweet cheers yea think I may just get one on there to be safe
-
Sweet cheers the bike filter looks like a good idea would of got one if I didn't already have all the piping to fit my filter on the way, if I have any trouble fitting the hoses will get one do they fit straight on?
-
Finally got everything to convert to td04 and fit wepr ramhorn kit this weekend apart from hoses to fit air filter.
Would the turbo be damaged at all just meshed for a week or 2 max until I get the hoses to connect air filter? (will have to drive on gravelly roads for a few miles on way back from getting fitted then the rest of time on usual roads) don't want to mess the turbo up before I get it mapped the following week.
Cheers

Sorry should of said, Glanza mate ah not sure if the gt ones will fit? May do though as it's only just a straight trim pretty much isn't it?

As above, havnt noticed in first gear but defo 2nd, 3rd, 4th noticeable knocking, sounds like coming from front but really not 100% sure, also trouble selecting reverse (grinds very rarely goes into reverse smoothly) not sure if linked.
Any help appreciated,
Cheers

Need the rubber trim/seal that goes in the side of the window/door as at the moment I only have half a seal and wind/rain is slightly getting in (and noisy!) As it's right by my ear lol, cheers

Can only find a 57mm unfortunately hoping that should be ok with real tight clamps etc, what you reckon? Going 57mm-76mm silicone 90 from turbo then 76mm alloy 90 to a small 76-83mm hose joiner to filter only way can do it with this apexi filter really

Got the actuator removed and the clip, defo doesn't want to come off very easily lol may have to soak overnight if no luck with rubber mallet again
-
Sweet mate cheers for the help
-
Thanks mate will give it a go today, so I don't need to get the actuator welded back on if externally gated or I still do? Cheers zak
-
Looking at a guide to rotate td04 says about welding actuator on after rotating guessing I don't need to do this if I'm externally gated? Stupid question still new to all of this lol, cheers

Yea Tim I was going to measure myself but not with the turbo for a few days and wanted to get the hoses ordered & nice one cheers noize will get looking for one now

Looking for a silicone elbow to fit on the air intake of td04 to fit my air filter what size diameter hose would I need to fit the intake properly have seen a few different answers, cheers
-
Found a 45mm - 51mm elbow that should work actually, there's a small 52mm alloy pipe that goes into the elbow then another 52m silicone hose on that so thinking this should work? Cheers
-
Cheers mate tried them but can't find the diameter I need 48mm - 52mm
-
Need to fit my hdi intercooler to td04 setup found a guide online but can't find a 48mm - 52mm silicone elbow reducer anywhere need one of these or the whole piping to fit, cheers
-
As above need oil and water lines for td04 preferably braided, cheers
-
As above need either the wastegate + springs or just the springs, cheers
-
Ideal mate will defo go through them not far from me at all either, cheers!

No mate don't think so if you're on about the same seal, wind gets in right by the side of my head as driving, its in between window and the side of the door pretty sure it just pushes in (looks like it does on mine)
