  1. Yes, I used td03 turbo, boost pressure was 0.8bar at 6000rpm (less boost at lower rpm to remove stress from skinny rods).
  2. Thank you 🙂 . This tune was made on street, so I don't know how much was that, but my tuner sait it was +-200ag and these 2jz-ge injectors was at nearly 100% duty. Clutch used in this setup is oem standard replacement LUK. At this power level clutch still held, but it felt like few more horses, better tires or lsd added would make it slip.
  3. Thank you :-) . Using original unmodified 4e-fe head and block. I changed ecu and upgraded to individual coils to get full control, accurate and strong spark. Everything works great.

  5. To begin with, I am from Lithuania, I have youtube channel "megstubmw" with nice amount of viewers and one day one of my viewer offered a gift, EP91 Starlet. I accepted it and it turned in to my everyday car. Slowly I started to modify it and could not stop. Serious mods started from custom suspension, car started to feel so good on a road. Finally I decided to install turbo, megasquirt ecu, sequential spark and fuel, retarded intake camshaft and made custom intake manifold to move power in to higher revs, custom exhaust manifold.. 95% done myself.   7. Yes, it is like you said, it is because of freshly bored and honed bores and these will become smoother once piston rigs are seated in. But still, you always want to check before assembly if all bores is in spec and during assembly if every surface, part and bearing is clean and chosen right.

  9. Just bought factory lsd gearbox and inspected by my self Here is some info: It is viscous lsd Actual lsd is mounted outside gearbox, that "extention" part. That is why right shaft is shorter than non-lsd one. This gearbox does not require lsd oil, because viscous lsd is seperate sealed unit with silicone fluid inside.
  10. Ordinary flatshift, big bang from exhaust, bent skinny rod and then two holes in a block 😄 . It was stock 4efe + 0.9bar 🙂 Sorry, just yesterday decided go full forged 🙂

  14. Hi, I have 1997 statlet 4efe turbo project, installed megasquirt ecu, full sequential spark and fuel and because of that I removed original distributor internals, car is already tuned.. My problem is original tachometer, I can not make it work. Megasquirt has rpm wire for tacho, it is configured in software, but if I join wires, tacho doesn't work. Maybe someone knows what kind of signal wants original tacho?
