my days just cant get any better! sent a parcel back to a member on here using these guys, www.interparcel.com/ I went online to view the tracking it stated "ring customer service" so i did she then told me some theifing prick has stole my parcel out of the back of the van! now this parcel cost me £220! where do i stand ?? just found out today that my friend had died on tuesday night in a car accident, I am extremely broken, absolutely speechless my head just feels so confused! so so gutted here.. feel am not taking this in very well just want to say RIP (jamie watters aged 19) and thinking about his family!

every thing seems to be fine now running sweet just fucking my mouse keeps vanishing but is coming back like 20 mins later any ideas at all?? i have full scaned everything on the laptop and got rid of all the viruses

i binned norton 360 unistalled it!! now with avg 2011 and using malwarebytes both seem decent! any thing else i should run?

wow cheers for all the replys much appreiated! update on this, i used that programe called "malwarebyte" scaned my laptop couple times i was getting 40,60 threats so i deleted them all some could not be deleted but kept scanning and got rid of them all. i tried to do it in safe mode but it start to scan for a couple of seconds then my laptop would just shut down for some reason?? also that programe malwarebyte kept vanishing every time i started my laptop up. now when scanning for threats using malwarebyte it finds none! every thing seems to be ok now.... but i still can not scan norton 360 which is very annoying? any ideas?? still thinking format everything...

was this for vista mate?? did you need to use anymore discs also did you loose everything but had it saved or somthing?

just want to kno , how to reboot it from scratch i have saved all my photos etc so that is ok. wipe it all clean then start over again, also do i need any discs to reboot my computer

okay.. i did that and for some reason that program i just installed has just vanished the short cut has gone walkies as well. WTF edit: wow laptop is going crazy pop ups everywhere norton saying threats everywhere think may have to reboot this whole laptop how do you do this ?

right scan finished 59 infected items! i view what was infected then clicked remove items what have been infected it says"certion items could not be removed" then showed me what has been removed and has not hmmm so how the hell do i get rid of the ones it could not lol?
