  1. Am i right in thinking the GT's are the older ones? I hav a mate who introduced me to the starlet, that thinks the GT's are a lot faster than the Glanza, is he right? I really new to all this jap car stuff so im a little bit confused...

The GT's are slightly lighter and also the Glanza has a boost restriction in 1st and 2nd gears, however if you bypass the restriction then they are pretty much the same

  2. Decided against fitting the FMIC setup so sold it on! However Ive done some modding to fight against the dreaded heat soak.

Air filter heat shield, needs a lid and a proper air feed.

Lagged the chargecooler, makes a massive improvement, can actually touch it after a good drive and its still cold

Also fitted a Blitz Access ecu, relief valve and removed the TVSV (1st and 2nd gear boost restrictor) and Im liking 1.1 bar alot

  3. Ive had 3 different Toyotas and Ive never taken any of them to Toyota for servicing, complete rip off on the price plus most of them wouldn't have a clue what the car was anyway.

I went to my local Mr.T a few weeks ago, spoke to some guy off the parts department to get a price for the little plastic clip that holds the bonnet stay down, he asked me what model it was and I said its a "ST205" and he said "what? wrong dealership mate, you want Peugeot across the road" :)

  4. Supplied and fitted yes, £200 as a ball park figure but would budget £300 worst case scenario. Prices are based upon material usage more than anything and theres not a particulary great deal of vinyl used on that car to be honest.

  5. Where I work we would charge something around £200 for that, assuming its just the sides. Obviously be more for front and rear aswell.

Thats using 5-6 year vinyl but providing its looked after properely will last twice as long.

  6. White Glanza for sale at the pod, looked good but not to keen on the mudflaps!!

White Glanza with a shopping list on the door in the que next to me (I was in the silver GT4).

White EP82, I had a quick chat with you as you were behind me in the que but didn't catch your name.

Any of the above members on here?/ Didn't see any club stickers though!
