    does anyone on the site have a 3-sgte engine conversion in their car? im thinking about selling my gt for either a gt four or 200sx but then had an idea to put a gt four engine in the starlet,anyone got any opinions on this?

    well it could be the idle control valve, its a small plug at top of engine near the brake fluid resevoir. pull it out when engine is running and tapping should stop but engine will stall after a few seconds. mine taps regular and have been told its summet to do with the induction kit but i don't know for sure.

    have you got a dump valve on it? my boost gauge used to flicker around because i hadn't blocked off the recirculating valve properley.

    lot of people round my area have had section 59s, they are a bit harsh, a ticking off would be more appropriate half the time

    its got pulsar gti-r alloys blitz induction hks blow off valve razo pedals and gearknob tim boost gauge pretty standard really.....ran out of funds atm ;)

    don't know because i haven't got one yet!!! you should be able to get one cheaper than fensport if you have a look round though

    standard boost on high setting roughly 9-9.5 psi. fcd round bout an hour to fit. oh and welcome to the site

    he flagged me down and said "evening sir do you know that your car is expelling compressed air?" to which i replied "yep certainly do!" he seemed a bit lost for words then as he said "ok then mate, carry on"

    it makes kind of a whipping type noise with an induction kit on. with airbox it makes the more traditional tschhhhh. it certainly loud enough to turn heads,got stopped by a copper once for it!!!

    tyres are bridgestone potenzas. would putting bigger wheels on help?

    its standard suspension wise,its got pulsar alloys on but there identical size to the originals.its only got blitz filter on so its not much more power over standard.

    i'm looking to buy a new bov.as my bailey one sounds like it is sneezing with the induction kit on!!would you go 4 blitz or hks?my mate has hks on his pulsar, sounds awesome.anyone got any opinions????

    my 1993 ep82 doesn't have side repeaters, it never did.its got current mot certificate so must be legal.been stopped by the plod no end of times and they've never mentioned them ;)

    your better off with a snooper evoultion for camera detection. but its about 400 quid.
