  1. Changing the thermostat should take no more than 5 minutes.Remove nothing only the coil to distrubitor lead as it gets in the way.No need to remove hoses or anything else.
  2. I am not too far away from you.Just a little water between us
  3. The standard Jap plate is 325mm X 175mm
  4. The early Starlets the KP60 and KP61 were rear wheel drive. You could convert an EP to rear wheel drive but it would be a serious amount of work.
  5. Glanza S has discs on the rear.Basically an S is exactly the same as a V without the turbo. It has a bonnet hump instead of a scoop and has 85 bhp.
  6. Thats really sound advice. No one tunes a car to drive it easy.
  7. I rekon it's a little too big for a Starlet.Piping is easily sorted if your handy with the tools and won't cost very much.
  8. I drive both GT's and Glanza's on a regular bassis.performance wise on two good standard cars is minimal. It's all down to which one you prefer the look of.Personally i'd pick a GT every time.
  9. The cat has a cast metal casing and is connected to the turbo down the front side of the engine. The exhaust attaches to the cat.Sounds like you have described the flexi pipe.
  10. I have been threatening to sign up for a long time. .I have been reading some of the technical posts and can see that a lot of people on here are well switched on and are giving sound advice. No point me posting when someone else has already given my view on a subject.
  11. I don't have much time to spare as you can imagine with a full time job and a part time business thats growing but i'll be on here as much as I can.
  12. Some of you may know me from ToyotaGT Turbo.com.I specialise in importing top quality Starlet GT's and Glanza Vs.Have a look at www.jap-imports.co.uk
