Project: Here We Go Again
siilversurfer replied to siilversurfer's topic in EP80/EP82 Progress Blogs
Thanks sparky Gary the stuff on the cam lobes is for when i start it up for the first time, Its a paste that will help run the new cams in. 200sx-Starlet-Jay thanks, atm my aim is for 300bhp, not sure what people have been getting with sachas hybrid. But i will be more than happy with that as it was good for track days with 260bhp before and i want it to last. 00joeindastarb0: haha long story, i cut it up to mod it so i could fit my TD05HR turbo as it was massive then i recived my H.R.F TD05 18G starlet from japan and i gave up on it for a year untill now and after seeing the massive amounts of lag i had on that i decided to go back to the good old TD04, Yeah it will be welded up after my MOT but i dont have a welder at home -
Yeah that should be good mate, anything around or just over 300 is what i want to be honest when i had 265 before it felt pretty good and i want to do track days so dont want to go to mental but unfortuantly after years of driving I've learnt that no matter what you always want just that little bit more

Very nice mate and i see what you mean pauter rods and ross pistons are the way foward Had mine in for a couple of years with no problems as a daily driver @ 1.5bar 24/7. Mcleod: Yeah its taken me around 3 weeks to get to this point and my aim is to get it road going in 2 months I took the engine out and then ordered all the parts at once and got them pretty fast so that always helps, without doubt im at the worst stage now as i keep realising that i am missing bits and bobs so it guna go a bit slow for a couple of weeks now Just checked your build out and looks sweet Russleh: Haha sure have those badboys are about 13Tonnes which is light compared to the big 70-80ton chally 2's I will get some pics of my car next to them when its finished it will look like a proper tonka toy -

Haha do it mate you can never spend enough, Getting seriously pissed off with it atm been flat out on it when im not working putting some serious hours in, took an hour to do the valve stem seals they were that bad cheers for getting them over so soon rik, Took me 6 hours to rub the valves in, No1 had a leak it was that poor , 3 hours to fit the cam gears on the inlet side as it wasnt machined properly. The cam gear had not been tensioned and have just measured the shim gaps 2 out of 16 are ok -

Thanks guys Got my new Rad -
Thought id get this up here, Decided last week to get my old matt black starlet back on the road now my other one is sold. It was a fully forged, TD04, with piggyback ecu. here it is at the moment Then i removed the engine and box And thats about as far as i have got for the moment. As you can see its been sat there a while, 2 years i think But I've now sold my HRF TD05 starlet so its time to give it some attention. Got everything out of the engine bay ready for a clean up Removed the dash to rewire the ECU for standalone, rewirer the ebc, gauges and rewire the lambda back in. Managed to get hold of a Standard box with a 1.5way TRD diff and driveshafts Gave it a bit of a clean up The clutch was pretty worn, rivets are pretty much flush with the pads Block stripped down ready for a clean and paint Now painted in Heat resistant Tank HR paint and before anyone sais anything i wasnt the one that cleaned the pistons up. My ross pistons My Pauter Rods Everything cleaned up and painted Matt black sump The parts have started to arrive, Got some of the gaskets, magnetic plug, dizzy, wheel spacers and extended wheel nuts

Afraid you have seen to many movies mate they would be awesome but as far as they are conserned the criminal isnt in this county so they dont want to get involved, The japanese police dont want to get involved as i dont reside in japan And neither the English or Japanese consulates want to get involved either, So far the only way i know roughly where he is based is because i have tracked his emails and know of people who have meet him, I would have no second thoughts of taking things into my own hands I've i had the money to get over there and could find him, Id make sure he could never type again -

****WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE SITES*** They are all run by a MR YOSHIYUKI FUJIKAWA who is a wanted con-man. http://www18.ocn.ne.jp/~mamiana/index.html http://www.japanese-d1cars-export.jp/about/index.html http://www18.ocn.ne.jp/~mamiana/index.html http://www.modifiedcars-export-japan.jp/index.html http://www.japanese-usedcars-export.jp/ Here the ugly Fu%^er is. He lives in Tokyo, all his addresses are fake along with his numbers, The only things that are real are his email addresses, his bank account and the name yoshijuki fujikawa. He has two kids, is a heavy smoker, sleeps very little, lives in coffee shops he loves star bucks because he cannot stay in one place as he may be caught, He also brought his THAI BRIDE WIFE lol. Here is my story: Some of you may remember a thread I started last year about a company called Mamiana Trading and that I was having problems with the car I brought. After a lot of time and research in to this company I managed to find enough info to take action. I purchased the car 22/10/07 and did not receive it until the beginning of 08, About two days after buying the car I realized who this was so I immediately rang the bank and tried to withdraw the transfer unfortunately it was to late, I launched a fraud complaint with Barclays who tbh were useless took about 20calls before they took any action and that was only because I threatened them with legal action, So I got in touch with his bank SMBC unfortunately there English is not so good and neither is my Japanese, So I contacted the London branch who were very helpful, Mr. fujikawa at this point started to get worried and promised to send the car. Over a month later the car arrived with a few problems it was delived to Liverpool instead of Southampton, He had not paid any shipping costs and was wanted by the shipping company, he had refused to send me My Bill of landing so I was unable to collect the car, He said he was going to sell the car to someone else and being that the car was sat at Liverpool docks for around 2months the storage charges would have been around £500, Lucky for me the shipping company were on my side and were actually only going to charge me £1 a day but I still had to pay the shipping costs which he refused to do. I eventually received the B/L and collected the car which was as it should be but with a 4E not a 5E and here is the info that got me my car. If you look on the internet you will find a plenty of unhappy people who have dealt with mamiana trading and to this day have never received a car, I've been in contact with people from all over the world, Spain, Hungary, NZ, USA, Canada as well as other places, He has no remorse for his actions what so ever, One guy meet him in Japan had a meal with Mr. fujikawa and his family then handed him over $60,000 for 10 Hilux pickups, guess what happened? He ran off with the money. He will play along with you the whole time and will promise your car, But you will never receive it he will use excuse like it was stolen or it broke and that he will find you another model and he will keep this going for months. Here are his sites, He will not be happy as he knows how much damage this will cause and that know body else has any of the info that I have on him. http://www18.ocn.ne.jp/~mamiana/index.html which he goes by the name Yoshiyuki Fujikawa and Hiroshi Muramatsu http://www.japanese-d1cars-export.jp/about/index.html http://www18.ocn.ne.jp/~mamiana/index.html http://www.modifiedcars-export-japan.jp/index.html and the name of akio asakura (research the name he is a big anime drifting magazine racer lol) http://www.japanese-usedcars-export.jp/ and the name of Hiroki Murata My car was on 3 of these sites, he most likely sold it to about 5-10 other people as well, He knows he cannot hide from me and knows his days are numbered, he will also read this thread and he knows that this will not stop until he pays me the money he owes, Apparently my money was sent 2months ago and it should go through very soon lol, DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. If you have any questions or know anyone who is in trouble feel free to let me know, Mr. Fujikawa has a somewhat low opinion of me. My E-Mail address is iaintrickett@yahoo.co.uk I would also like to thanks Toby@toytunning who did what he could to answer anty quwstions i had and put up with me and John@DNA cars who did the same and even sent one of his guys in japan to the bank to try and sort it out, So thanks again guys and next time anyone thinks of importing themselves be aware and consider going to these guys instead. Thanks for reading guys, Iain
