yeah a garage would say that because they couldnt sell you a paddle clutch they would only sell oem ones clutches wear depending how you drive your car obv a car used for road use will wear far quicker than one just used on the track but thats because a track car gets used what 4 or 5 times a month road car gets used every day ;) FTW FTW

yeah dont think you have missed a thing buddy only thing i would do is add some stp engine flush and let it idle for 20min to help get all the gunk out only about £5 to buy and works a treat

you could do it but you wont be boosting for long your pistons wont take it and it is more work to get urs turbod and running right than it is to rip it oot and put the turbo one in

Has anyone got a decent tool for pulling off rear drums or know who sells one or somone willing to lend or sell theres to me i have a sliding hammer and its not doing it so think i need a puller to push it apart cheersssss

dont use parcelforce there a bunch of gays i booked over the phone with them to get this gearbox picked up yesterday wasnt sure on the best way so phoned instead of doing it online asked about if its to send in a box cause its about 45kg the womens like yeah thats not a problem i will arrange that the now for you so gave her all the details measused the box to for her got it book under 24hour so was there for next day so bout 1pm they come pick it up on wednesday yuss that was easy enough i thought normaly i dont post big things because of the hassle but that was easy.today thursday out side stripping the car getting it ready for a respray parcelforce van pulls up wow my new tool set i orderd came very quick only bought it last night off comes this big ass box fuck thats my gearbox ooo sorry this item weighs over 30kg we dont have the correct license to take over 30kg .phoned them up and they say i dont get a full refund because its not there fault aye it is the person on the phone said 45kg is fine as i asked 4 times because i thought i would need to use a pallet. so now am waiting to hear from the manager at there center had to rebook the gearbox with diff company used PF which was 20 quid cheaper only thing is gona struggle to get it there in time using there quickest service

do you neeed to use a pallet for this place or can you box it up ? whos weighed a gearbox lol my brother fucked the scales weighing a skyline diff lastnight ;)

under your top mount intercooler there is a wee black plastic valve with a pipe going onto it they r weak as f**k to say the lease and i have known of a few people to break these by just leaning on the top mount take your top mount of and check it gee it a wiggle c if its attached ok could just b that

basicly all your cat does is to help clean up the emmisons when they die they just stop cleaning up the emmisons only time they would stop it from pulling right would b if u had a crack or hole in it then u would lose power but u would also have a big change in exhaust sound

empty your tank mate then stop the car from firing remove kind lead and crank and let it rest then crank again so u dont burn oot your starter keep doing this and it will empty your fule lines and filter or empty tank disconnect fuel filter and fuel rail to get oot all the diesel then refill it prolly would run with only a wee bit but will run like a bag of shite and with diesel in it it lowers the ron so it will have worse knock u might find u will get away with it but then again you might be one of the unlucky ones
