I don't think it will make a great difference to be honest, may save a bit of fuel. I don't do many motorway miles, mainly B roads etc where I think it's in a different league to the ep's. I will be swapping 1st though for a GT one.

Yeah, it was forged and they've always looked after my other cars. Your right he's not the cheapest and I must admit that price does seem high.

20+ years I've been using them and the engine from my old MK1 GT that they built is still going strong now, after god knows how many years and miles. Big in the RX7 scene.
