    Never run in any of my engines on a dyno and to be honest never will. It's easy enough to do properly as outlined by Adam.

    I'm using a type r and have been for nearly two years, trouble free.

    You can tell by the solenoid, type s - single, type r - twin. type s good upto 1.3bar, type r upto 2.5bar.

    Never bothered with a turbo timer, just use some common sense and save yourself some money.
