  1. This is awesome news bro.

    After Chrimbo methinks.

Some pics would be great, any chance of third brake light integration?

Are these the id-workz spoilers that you been working on all this time?

    Keep up the great work.

  2. Is the IdWorkz custom EP91 spoiler still in progress Idrees?

I'm waiting on other bits before I buy the service parts (plugs etc) off you bro, soz for not getting back to you sooner.

Works out better for me :)

    Cheers!

  3. All FTE decats are made for the CT9 turbo flange and are also a larger diameter (2" - 2.25") than the peashooter n/a exhaust diameter (1.75")

It would be a waste of money and a bad mismatch to even consider buying one. They are totally the wrong fitment (diameter/flange/angle)

The only way is custom (new or 2nd hand) at a reputable and flexible exhaust fabricator or purchase a complete n/a system that is manifold back like my old Fujitsubo which is more extreme.

  4. Rays Gramlights 57Cs only have 5 spokes as opposed to the 6 in the pic :)

The Rays would certainly have the Rays foundry stamp inside plus the sticker would be 'Rays' branded and the dimensions on it for such a high profile, readily available series of alloy.

Advan RGs are the other jdm alloy that has 6 straight spokes but they have a different shaped end where the spokes meet at the edge. Even the early RGs are very similar.

They look to be a jdm copy of sorts, the 5 and 6 spoke designs are very commonly reproduced and are sometimes different divisions or associates of the original manufacturer. This shows how easily a simple design can be reproduced by a 3rd party company but yours look well used and the jap writing is a dead giveaway - http://shop.microima...W1608.60811.jpg

Its like the difference between Spoon alloys, Regamaster Evos and Rota Slipstream, they are the same design (originator or not), different companies.

Either way they are a sweet and simple design, can't go wrong with them mate :D

If you know someone who can read Jap they should be able to make out the brand/manufacturers name.

  5. 4EFTE Inlet Manifold needed asap please guys :)

Does not need sensors or anything but needs to be in good order (not chipped/damaged or threads busted so that sensors can't be fitted properly etc)

Preferably one that's sitting in your garage that you want rid of :D

If near Dean@RW in Staffs even better.

    Will be painted and modified.

    Cheers

  6. Bought a used JD lower arm bar from Mike last weekend.

It arrived well packed, in good nick and on time as requested.

Would very highy recommend him as a top guy to deal with.

    Fast and friendly service.

    Cheers bro

  7. My step after yours was to map the car (decent mapper of course) from 1 bar to 1.2 bar on TD04 and have the car dynoed.

Basically working with the setup at hand rather than upgrading = 257bhp at the fly with standard internals (engine rebuilt 1 year)

At the moment 0.7 bar (wastegate pressure) hits 217bhp at the fly at top rpm.

But those are all figures really, it all depends how sweet/hard the car accelerates and responds.

Off boost is a different story. Sounds like your dyno result is at the fly so at 210bhp there isn't that much feel from experience.

Upping the boost will get the best out of the TD04 hands down and you will feel the difference.

If you have the budget then forged internals, decent cams, a garrett turbo setup and lastly 5E bottom end would be realistic.

This is depending if you have already invested heavily in brakes and suspension mods.

  8. If it was me I'd advertise the Blitz system for sale and put the money towards a custom Zisco :)

2.5" is optimal for TD04 Matt, you cannot go wrong with that size, 3" will be overkill and you will have axle hitting problems especially if lowered.

I run a full straight through race tech system for my TD04 and it runs fine but I'm going to go for a Zisco come MOT time for a 2.5" sports catted system with 3" backbox.

As you can see its certainly not shabby but I just fancy a change and yes its around five hundred notes but you certainly get what you pay for.

  9. I bought mine from the same seller six years ago, it was genuine, legit and worked a treat.

Fits the standard airbox of both n/a and turbo engines.

You have nothing to be worried about except making sure you get the right part in the post.

That price is the going rate for them, they are not meant to be expensive or premium items.

Unless you are thinking of jdm panel filters (trd/blitz) and induction kits (apexi/power enterprise) expect to pay a little more, even more so brand new,
