    Should be fine, just make sure theres no leaks, ive done it loads of times, just make sure theres no rips or splits.

    Nice one could u not just take the seals off your old injectors?

    yeah u should be able to get them from a motor factors, just have to hope they have them in stock

    Yeah they will be the same as a uk starlet, theres 3 seals on each injector, one o ring and 2 bigger seals, two seals at the top and one at the bottom.

    Going by what people are saying on tgtt it looks like the valve guide was put in worng causing the valve to flex everytime it opened and eventually snaped over time, ill be getting onto the company that rebuilt the head and see what they say. The way i see it is its there fault.

    if i do go for a rebuild, it wont be this engine, its already been rebored and forged and the bores are scored quite badly, id prob go 5e but need to have a think about it, ive spent so much money on this car and it keeps braking, i just dont know if its worth it any more?

    Right, i got the head off tonight, looks like the valve has snaped, its fucked the head, piston and the bore, so looks like ill be needing a new engine or stripping the thing.

    yeah u will need a forged engine for 300 bhp, i dout a td04 would hit 300 but it is a great turbo, not too laggy and plenty of poke at 1.4 bar, if u go for td04 and get bored u could get a td05, that would hit 300 no bother i would think. its a bit laggy but not too bad

    Right i took the inlet manifold off the other night and found something that wasnt ment to be there lol... found the valve head witch was crushed, also found bits of what looks like the valve seat, so looks like my head is fucked

    Yeah i thought it was great, a bit slow at the start though, i thought Jackie Chan was great as Mr Han.
