when at 4/5000 revs the car seems to shudder as if petrol isnt getting right through it happens most if pedal is too the floor. what could this be is it normal?

gettin a gt turbo with standard turbo. thinkin of upgrading the turbo for more power. eg... for a hybrid turbo what is the diffference and what is everything needed for the upgrade?? rough price aswell
