not a massive fan of the '82 but this is a clean example and looks mint in silver. got a good one there dude cant wait to see what happens to it

IMO i think in your colour, white would look best. also, if you want to lower it, i would recommended uprated shocks aswell, i had so many different sets of standard shocks on mine with lowering springs and they were all shit. now i got some kyb exel-g off idrees and its sweet as fuck now. do it properly if ya gonna do it mate.

mine makes the same noise at high revs, like you say about 5k or so. think its just the set up as i have a 'rolla mani and it didnt make this noise before i fitted it, also when im doing over a certain revs if i lightly press the throttle, wen it sucks it sounds bit like a turbo whistling ;) i love it ;)

i just completed it too. got lucky with a couple though i think too much spare time me thinks

yeh i need to take some lol. no i cut out the bonnet and the bumper to make them fit, this is why i didnt know wether to put the glanza kit on, because ive never seen an n/a starlet with glanza headlights ;) i like to be different lol

thanks ;). lowered 40mm on jamex springs :S nearly had some tein coilovers with pillowball topmounts but fell through. currently changing part of interior to glanza spec, darker plastics etc and got some mitsi evo recaro buckets. MIGHT be putting glanza bodykit on but unsure really. yeah that was part of when it went through its major change, some asshole scratched the living shit out of her so decided to get it resprayed, at the same time modified her standard bodywork: removed door strips and smoothed the ridge, fitted glanza headlights, smoothed front and rear bumpers and removed front grilles. doesnt look too bad as a whole but the spray job could have been loads better.
