Days work with the right tools

remove roof skin and replace for non sunroof skin

or remove sunroof cassette and panel it up

ps sunroof weight is aproxx 25kg

next year should be a good one for me going full seq

any of these gearsets ever appear?

cant see zisco advertising anything at the minute either.

samsonas have pulled it out of there catalog but its worth asking them last time i asked this summer it was around 3000 euros with choice of FD

phil for 700 quid 3rd and 4th gear input and output rated too 400nm tq sounds good but its for a c64 box let me know how you get on putting it in a c52

but for me 400nm (rated) is cutting it too close for me

sorry too hear you lost a 3rd gear.hearing you want out at this stage is what i think sometimes but some of us have gone too far too turn around !!!!

with regards too oem upgrades (mr2,lotus,etc etc ) its not going too last long... factor in the cost avg 500 a pop for a gearbox that you cant use in anger. there is opitions out there but not cheep ones that will last

fact 2 i gave money to this person (socks) you have the emails

fact 3 this person states in his email to this so called gearbox maker numerous time the word my customers

fact 4 while waiting for this part this person had a huge array of parts in hand

fact 5 yes he did get hard done by aswell but that does not concern me thats for him to deal with

fact 6 yes i could of claimed via pay pal as i had a few days left but it would of left this person in a bad situation

fact 7 i got promised by this guy that he will pay back my money

fact 8 i told ukso to keep an eye on him as he was still buy exotic part after been scammed

fact 9 when this person decided to sell up i pm him to take some parts as exchange for money due to me the answer i got was i want nothing to do with you again

now im sorry but in my book my word is my word and if i owe money id deal with that first than buy very expensive parts

fact 10 spoke to his dad who also promised he would deal with it and he will keep in contact not once have you kept me updated with progress as far as i could know youve got our money and spending it

I realise its fuel pressure dependant, just saying that 1000cc injectors seem overly large and even at lower fuel pressure (~higher duty cycle) I'd be interested to hear what duty cycle guys are hitting. Just out of interest more than anything. As an example one of my old 4ag setups ran 550cc injectors at stock rail pressure and 82% duty cycle and made 300hp at the wheels.
