Yup can have both + they are no where near each other dump valve sits on top and is attached to a vacume pipe thingy , n as for the waste gate you can have a external or internal?? (im a noob when it comes to turbo lingo) but i think most people go for the external?
-
i thinks you are confuzlicated my friend, cars which have a turbo all have a wastegate and its optional to have dump valve to make that noise when you change gear...again only on turbo cars a NA engine cannot have a dmp valve neither a wastegate

Hey, got a mark for the first essay i did i got 50% feel i did kinda shit because my description of the results let me down (its realy easy to do) is it a good place to start? only one girl i know got 50% most other people got 55-69...feel shit tbh because we had to hand in 3 others before we got feedback from the first one so there was no real room to implement and learn from our mistakes

Asad replied to ste91's topic in MOT & Maintenance
I agreed with idrees tried that stuff works a treat except on the rocker cover but that shits baked on so only a re-spray will get rid of it. dont forget around the battery area from what i have noticed they tend to get quite rusty around there. -
replace it n see what happens keeping a VERY close eye on things? also yeh the pump, cranshaft n alt use the same belt how long did you run it for?
