Not much of an update really but i have recently bought a dastec uni chip which i got quite cheap and just need to get that fitted which is next, but i now also have the car on the driveway at home to keep it nice and safe But i will also be on the look for some new alloys very soon still dont know which ones to go for. On there website it says that they use the dastek dyno This is what they say about it mate. Our Dynamometer uses sophisticated digital processors which give exceptional speed control. Unlike other dynamometers which use ABS-type pickups (at 100 signals per revolution), the Dastek Dyno gives us 500 digital pulses per revolution and also gives us temprature compensated load cells. This gives us consistently accurate results regardless of ambient temprature or how hard we push the dyno. Our Dyno is suitable for 2WD and 4WD cars. To accomodate the latest generation of 4WD cards with electronic control, our dyno has a highly sophisticated front to rear speed control strategy. All resuts on dyno can be stored on a database. This allows quick reference to previous dyno runs and allows us to track improvements over several visits or phases of engine development. Craig

The guy at the garage said 4x4 are the same price if they are all the same wheel base if they are all different £75 each. I am just trying to get a date with the garage will update once we have a set date. Craig

Hi All, The date is 10th October I have been speaking with a tuning garage and they said to me if we can get 15 people wanting a power run with a printed graph of your results for £35 per-car. So if people are interested i will start organising a date i will be looking for maybe sometime in october maybe the start of october this is not just for starlets any car are able to come to this. I know a lot of people in Manchester area have been wanting to do this for sometime so i thought i would speak to the garage and see if he will be able to help.
