easy peasy wd40 it then put one nut on half way down, then another nut on and put them tighten them against each other, then use the back nut to twist the stud out. thats if youve got enough thread. if not, mole grips and a hammer
bitty hard when they sponsor the site! well il have a spare engine if i get this forged one, so prob just re build it with standard bits and keep it as a spare
