My old car!!!!

When start my car is always revs about 1500, then when I move it goes up to 2000.

If I drive for a while it lowers but varies between 1000-1500.

Could it be air escaping from a bolt not right enough on manifold?

I'm finding now that my windscreen is iced on the inside. It normally get moisture on it and obviously freezing.

Anything I can do to prevent this. I will check the under back seat gromits but this is a joke. Can't be scraping ice off the outside and then the inside too!!
