  1. cheers for that, are the mounting points for the 2e the same as 4e as in engine mounts, only reason i asked is because if it was a 4e its just a point whack the lump in and swap over the looms etc but if its a 2e what work is involved?
  2. after a bit of advice guys, basically 1 of my mums friends has got a old 1994 starlet ep82 n/a thats she wants to get rid off, she told me i can have it for free if i come get it, what i want to no is what engine it will have in it? will it have the 4efe or 2e lump? im not sure as ive only seen the car once and never seen under the bonnet, reason im asking is that ive got a real battered ep82turbo which i purely use for track use and i wana swap all the running gear into the n/a and have myself a road legal sleeper as the running costs on the evo are killing me and i need a half decent 2nd car
  3. wheels look nice mate need to get rid of those whack on weights on the outside thou and get some stick on weights for inside the wheel
  4. change valve stem seals ,relap valves, stangard head gasket will do the job fine
  5. valve clearances are exactly as the same as th n/a mate, the heads are the same
  6. yes mate the car is an absolute beast on the track, serioussly fast aswell would absolute eat my old glanza hands down, not alot can keep with it on track i had another 205 mi16 running standard injection but the 1 ive got now on twin carbs is a different league in power wise will get pics up soon mate of the 205, bit battered atm because come off at snetterton so needs a little tlc
  7. looks nice mate, ive got a 205 which i converted to a mi16 with twin 45 webber carbs and thats a animal, and people slate french cars but the do bloody handle well on the track

  14. mate i fitted 1 to my glanza, all you need to do is fit it, nd trim the ends of after, you dont need to cut the middle to make it fit easy peasy
  15. crank walk?? i no it sounds stupid but its worth putting a bar on the bottom pulley to see if theres any play just a thought mate

  17. i got a evo in the end chanelle but not the 1 i was going to see that time, is a proper monster compared to the glanza, aint liking the running costs though, but its worth it i will post pics up when i get some good snaps
  18. no mate i sold it on pistonheads but the lad who bought it has joined uksc, only had my car up for sale for a week cant believe how quickly it went, im sure your car will sell in no time
