  1. Oh i forgot to mention, i'll be there friday afternoon/evening, so about 5-6pm probs if all goes well. I'll be in a white EK9 civic type-r, in convoy with a silver EK4 civic vti and red honda accord type-r, and some other gubbins, basically just come over to the luminous pink TC stand marquee after i've had a chance to set up the tent etc and i'll sort out all the ciders, for those that pre-pay via paypal then just run over whenever and i'll dish it out during the course of the evening, try not to swarm me when i get there though, as i'll prob explode with excitement.

  2. paypal is fine, probably easier than cash on the day because i wont remember what is what or who bought which stuff, plus within 30seconds of arriving i WILL be absolutely smashed on cider, so yeah, im easy really.

I will also have MD available on the day for £1.20 a can (prices are stupid at the moment with the exchange rate, it's just cost me that to buy them, plus me and rick will be SMASHING them down so it'll literally be a case of if you want em, then get in there quick, plus i'll only sell a few of em because they're yums).

I'll do a list for what people owe, and paypal is fine like i said, do it asap as i'm going up there tomorrow or thursday at latest obvs.

oh by the way starbo gt, they dont do drums of katy. katy comes in bottles, bulk packs etc. Can't remember how much the bottles are, i can buy them in trays of about 12, but obviously they're glass, which probably isn't allowed on site.

the drums will all be medium/sweet combos, as in my mind thats the best mixture, easy to drink in large quantities without being too dry/farmhouse style. I can get you stronger if you want, but i'm intending to have all med/sweet combos unless otherwise specified.

    Total monies owed:-

    1) Bildo - 1x drum. 24x Gold (Cans) - £38

    2) Bluebear - 1x drum, and a crate of 24 cans of Gold - £38

    3) Streetracer_starlet - 2x drums. - £20

    4) VPower(curt) - 1x drum. - £10

    5) Hou - 1x drum. - £10

    6) rob_bower - 1x drum. - £10

    7) JAG - 1x Drum - £10

    8) Starbogt - 1 x Drum (Katy) - £10 (as long as you know it's med/sweet classic thatchers, not katy)

    9)

    10)

My paypal is ecksjay@gmail.com, please send payment as a gift, if you don't then i'll be asking for the difference at jae in the form of blowjobs and pies, i don't care what sex you are.

If you'd rather pay in cash on the day then that's fine, just bare in mind that if you dont then i'll be shitting on your face when you sleep, and trust me, after a drum of thatch, it'll mean for a messy affair.

Now i think about it, that's a SHIT load of cider, bare in mind that we'll have some for ourselves also! jesus christ! :) Not sure how the girls at the factory will think of me after ordering about 15 drums of cider (75 litres O_O).

Anyway, if there's any queries then give me a shout over pm and i'll help you out with paying via GIFT etc if you aint done it before.

Cheers guys, please confirm whether you'll be paying paypal or cash so i can make sure i actually buy enough for everyone

  3. ok that just sounds stupid. so it's not karting, it's now just a retarded dress-up event. im all for undressing women, but one bloke allowed to race, one woman allowed to race, at a CAR show, which will be mostly men, is fucking stupid.

well done to the organisers, very intelligent.

  4. idrees i reckon you might have a really shit map there to be honest, it dont sound too healthy if its doing that sort of fuel economy. even if it's a td04, off boost it's only a 1.3, and the injectors aint exactly monstrous even if they're upgraded. it may be your driving style, as i know of many people who struggle to get good fuel economy, whereas when i have the car for a few days i can quite easily beat manufacturer's economy figures on my work commute.

and yes, i work about 20miles from home, so can get silly mpg in anything, however my starlet would easily do 300miles to £30, like i said, it's only a 1.3 at the end of the day. as long as you dont drive it at 8000rpm everywhere, it's pretty easy. i even had that from my s14 on a few occasions, before it was stage2.

  5. if they're all smoking, you sure it aint the engine? valve stem seals etc?

if the turbos burning oil it'll be blue smoke, if it's white smoke then it's not necessarily the turbo, as starlets usually puff white when the valve stem seals are fecked.

to be honest, mine used to smoke white occasionally after i fitted the decat, which was pretty normal. never got any worse so i didnt worry, and i've seen many starlets do the same. if the turbo is ruined then it'll usually be pissing out blue smoke and burning oil, white smoke doesn't mean burning oil.

  6. You can buzz on £5 petrol? You lucky fucker.

For the first time in ages, today I put £10 in. 30 odd miles of mixed driving (mostly slow though) and it's gone. £5 wouldn't even budge the damn needle. It's a full tank every three days, £70-80 a week.

something is very wrong there mate.

my glanza at 0.9bar would always, and i mean always do 100 miles to £10. i could drive it hard, i could drive it soft, it would still ALWAYS do 100 miles to a tenner, give or take a mile or two either way. was so consistant.

yours must be seriously ill or something, or overfuelling like a prick.

my s14 used to be very good before i went stage 2, running about 0.9bar on the stock t28 (so about 250bhp) it'd do about 75miles to a tenner, so between 200 and 250miles to £30, which werent too bad. when i had the nismo 555's fitted and mapped at 1.2bar it went down somewhat, would get about 50-60miles to a tenner, but that was to be expected really.

i've no idea what the ek9 does as i only ever drive it hard, so never get a chance to look at the fuel gauge (too busy wowing at over 9,000rpm of mc' revz).

doesn't matter anyway, if you want fuel economy, get a daily driver. i see 70mpg from my bora tdi on the way to work, so that does it for me :)

  7. just keep a box full of headgaskets in the boot and you'll be fine. after a few weeks you'll be able to change em on the side of the road with your eyes closed i expect. ^^;

nah but in all seriousness, they're gay as they're usually unreliable and ugly, but, for a cruiser you can't really go wrong. if i didnt need a diesel (due to the amount of miles i do) then i would have probably done the same, but as it is my bora tdi does the job just fine, them rovers are equally as comfy and bus like though, so fair play to you mate.

it's all about getting out of a firm, harsh, uncomfortable, noisy and rattly car into your daily driver that is basically an armchair on wheels. i love cruising about, leaning back and just relaxing, without having your spine thrown out through your skull.

  8. rx7's are fine, when they work, which isn't much.

i have a friend with a very nice fd3s rx7 that he needs rid of (his daily drive is an accord type-r, so doesn't need two motors), and it's a relatively stock good condition fd with knightsports front bumper and few other things. wants £3k (would prob take £2.9k).
