    im awaiting on my passenger confirmation, but i presume it doesnt matter to much as price is per car not person.

    No mate you can have up to 4 people in for free as like you said its per car not per person

    Add me please, dont think the car will be coming tho, probly get a lift off my cousin or mate

    Hi guys,

    Well its that time of year again, Japfest 2014 Dates have just been released for Saturday 10th May, 2014 at Castle Coombe once again

    Last year we had such an amazing turnout it would be brilliant to get close to or even beat that. Over 80 starlets turned up to represent the club and around 15 other non starlets joined us.

    So get your names down and lets get a list going. For those who have been before it will be great to see everyone again and start show season off right. For those who haven't been get your names down it really is a good day out.

    So first general show info

    Date: Saturday 10th May,2014

    Location: Castle Coombe Race circuit, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN14 7EY

    Meet Point:

    Leigh Delamere Service Station,

    Kington Saint Michael,

    Wiltshire

    SN14 6LB

    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE EAST BOUND SIDE OF THE M4

    Meet time: 06:45AM tickets will be handed out. ME AND JOHN WILL LEAVE NO LATER THAN 7.30AM to avoid queues if your late you'll have to wait outside the gate till i get time to come and meet you. Please don't be late its very inconvenient and is a long walk for me normally.

    Ticket Prices: £21 Per car (That covers up to 4 people per car on one ticket its a different pricing system this year) Please note tickets are £20 the extra pound is a round up to cover paypal fees

    Track time: As soon as track times get released ill put a link up on here. http://www.japfest.co.uk/2013/11/21/track-time-exclusively-for-japanese-cars/

    Please note Its up to the member to organise there own track time to make sure you secure it on time. Track time goes very very fast so please be quick.

    Payment Cut off Date: 28th February for payments no orders will be taken after this time you've got plenty of time and notice so please don't miss out on this.
