A list of things TM do for there engine forge All engines stripped and thoroughly chemically cleaned. Block rebored, crosshatch honed. Forged low comp pistons, 74.5/75mm, forged rods. Crank reground (if needed) with all new bearings. Head stripped and cleaned, valves re seated, new valve stem seals, New Head Bolts. New Toyota oil pump, new water pump, new cam belt and tensioner kit, new oil sender switch, new thermostat. All new gaskets and oil seals. Metal head gasket 1.2/2mm I know you might already know this but its useful for anyone reading this section who doesnt. As fo

haha yeah its annoying isnt it thats why I've decided to replace as many bolts as i can to prevent it from happening. plus it looks nice too

do it will make a nice difference plus when you come to take them out again it will be much easier

there part of my REPLACE EVERY BOLT PLAN. sick of taking off rusty bolts and using 20 cans of WD40 so new bolts all round sounds good to me. and hey riko you can have my nuts if you want. theres plenty to go around haha

Well heres yet another delivery from demon enterprises Well happy with thses. thinking of making jason my official sponsor with all these parts he keeps sending down thanks very much dude. going to get the clips swapped for the naff ones on it at the minute and that will hopefully prevent the boost pissing out. Then im going to start putting new bolts on everything oh and im still waiting for my neighbour to help me with this Cars in bits ready for it to go on but I've never done one by myself so need some help for now

They will man well happy with them the pipes look quite good too mate there quite thick so might be able to use them to replace the pipes that are nearly split. Oh and the bolts are ace there black too so should look god

My old GT was 23/30 mate and i got told it was 23/23. to be honest you cant tell unless you take it off and count it really. IF you do want one though for 23/23 im selling one its brand new never used. as i said i got told it was 23/23 so bought this and it wouldnt fit so had to buy the other one Pm me if interested http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=29805

cant remember the actual proper turn for it but i know you can get the insides blasted or something supposed to make it smoother can anyone please tell him the proper name for this? sorry for the naff explanation lol

learn by doind mate if unsure ask on here but i stripped down a full fte engine i had as a spare just to learn whats inside them and it really helped just make sure you know where everything is so you can put them back properly. take plenty of pictures for future reference lol

oh forgot to say that the JPerformance FMIC's are exactly the same as the HDI ones apart from i believe the hot pipes are bit bigger. but it doesnt make much of a differennce. Link below Clicky
