there 132bho out the factory matey but with stage one mods youre looking at 180bhp. That doesnt sound a lot but it really is rapid condidering thats well well over 200bhp/ton power to weight. Full exhaust system (mani, decat and cat back), relocated air filter, Magnecore 8mm leads, hks adjustable actuator, maybe a plug and play ecu, uprated fuel pump, boost gauge etc then up the boost to about 0.8-1.0 bar and a hell of a lot of cars wont keep up with you mate. the cars are very good on fuel especially totally standard some people have 40 MPG plus out of theres 0-60 times depends on mods mate

them J performance ones will not let you down i had a full system on mine mate mani, de-cat and cat back and the gains were brilliant. the decats are braced so that gives you more protection. and the mani's are solid. trust me if you get one you'll be very happy with it
