That was alot of effort for the seat rails. All you had to do was change the inside rear bracket on the recaro rails to the standard ep95 one.

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck closed. If your not getting hot air inside the car then it's most probably that or a blockage. Holts do a 2 step rad flush which is really good.
