  1. Hi mate- you not having my fmic then?
  2. I like this one - I can only get it like this at moment but if you like I will get in full resolution and without watermark. Taken in 21 megapixel cam....So can send in high res
  3. I have 2 glanzas... 1- My car which will stay- I bought it pretty standard for £2300 (wasnt a minter) with a fmic and then spent a fair amount to get it to like 270bhp (roughly) I spent around 3-4k with labour from nick at tuning developments and bought most my parts used... i still need coilovers and its not the best looking one... If i could do it again personally i'd save 5k and go and buy a minter forged glanza... it depends what kind of person you are but the cheapest way is to buy it already done for sure...
  4. look forward to an rr meet
  5. emanage blue will be great for that. i was ct9 1 bar and had the emanage blue. didnt need fcd and sld either with it... now im on td04 at 1.4 bar and it still works a treat
  6. yeh i would go ct9 maybe a hrybird and max it out... the td04 takes longer to spool and when it kicks in its great however the ct9 will feel better day to day to drive... the td04 i wouldnt have lower than 1 bar
  7. i would go for ct9 at 1 bar. great response and great speed. just get an emanage blue and mani and decat and someone to map and your there...
  8. go emanage blue over a blitz etc. well more useful in future. im td04 at 1.4 bar around 270 bhp and its running great.
  9. Welcome mate. Lots of good info here. If your interested in a Glanza shell let me know I'm selling with everything you need

Cheers pal! Was a pleasure and got to the wedding on time. Was suprised those bolts fitted but happy as well! I ended up buying that Glanza I was talking about. Think gonna rape it of parts for me then sell it as a complete car. If you after a forged lump though I could let ya have it cheap mate like 700
  11. ep's can get more than that. with a long enough stretch and "private road" horsepower helps you get there faster but the gear ratios matter the most ive been told..
  12. where did you get the mot done? you have a decat done? cant believe you beat me to the evo seats! if you sell has to be to me!
  13. I need a friendly mot station and wouldn't mind travelling to chester for a yrs hassle free motoring. Can you guys hook me up?
  14. Yeh spool is slightly slower on the hybrid isn't it?
  15. Yes it is! Need coilovers asap. It's on aftermarket suspension at back but standard at front. Won't help the grip!
  16. We could have a mini Manchester meet. Yes it's my daily driver- my only car. Re petrol consumption it's not been long enough to tell yet- I've only just got it done so have been "testing" it out haha I didn't spend all the money on it though to then worry about petrol costs... Having said that as you don't really get boost before 3.3k revs you can potter around normally and I imagine just use as much petrol as before.... It's setup so that with the boost controller switched too off the wastegate works solo at 0.7 bar the. It has 0.85 bar 1 bar 1.2bar and 1.4 bar settings Decided to take a quick Pic of my car :harhar: from my iPhone though
  17. lol thats in manchester. ive seen cars completely totalled front end by that bollard :harhar:
  18. where in manchester you at mate? pm me
  19. WOOOAHHH :harhar: Heres my review posted re nick and the guys at tuning developments... Thanks to nick and the guys at tuning developments! This is a review of Nick over the last 6 months or so but primarily over the last 2 months or so... Over the past 2 months i've gone from the CT9 at 1 bar setup (also done by nick) to TD04 at 1.4 bar on a forged engine. Nick did lots of work for me. I bought the forged engine and lsd gearbox from bigdoods which nick took delivery of for me. He fitted a new (to me- bought off bigdoods engine) engine, new gearbox, new driveshaft, helped me in dealing with people who bought my old engine and gearbox and told me what parts i needed etc. Also had a catch can, paddle clutch, blitz ebc, fast road brake kit, new radiator, td04 kit- mani etc fitted! lots of work. Nick also put my new gt3's on there too! (had a few teething probs as had to wait to find a driveshaft as I prev had the oem lsd! and couple more things to be expected with secondhand stuff) He's been good to see me when I was worried about smoke after the engine was first fitted (was just my second hand turbo - so we arranged to get that replaced) And then this week I finally got mapped. It was a surprise as nick said the weather had been too poor to do it but it cleared up in the evening and he got it done for me which was mighty appreciated. Was so surprised and made me very happy On the way home i lost boost ( the intercooler pipe popped off ) and nick let me go straight back even though about 9 on a Sunday night and sorted me out showing me how to fix in future... There was times when I was frustrated - i'd hope the car would be done and then we had a teething problem but in fairness nick always tried to fit me in etc. He was also only a text away and always giving good advice. Now its mapped i bet he'll be glad to see the back of me for a bit hahaha Performance! The car now is a BEAST. Its so savage. If I were to try describe how it feels to me... (I am no F1 driver etc- I came to the starlet scene last winter from a 1.2 punto! Bought and sold a standard GT within about 6 months and then moved on to a glanza) Then went to emanage blue and ct9 at 1 bar which nick suggested. (thanks for saving me money advising not to bother with hybrid for what i wanted. )The ct9 setup was great..... However the Mani went on my ct9 - Nick did me a compression test to check all was ok with engine as I had some slight concerns (a worried phonecall when I was on holiday in Scotland!) so I decided I may as well use this oppurtunity to go td04. I then saw a few engines come up for sale and my gearbox was crunching so I decided to just do it all! In for a penny in for a pound! I went forged and changed the gearbox. That gives you some background to what i'm used to driving etc. Ive not had the pleasure of driving many fast cars etc... So how does this td04 at 1.4 bar perform TO ME? Well, it if at standard power factory I decided to rate a 3 (just to give an impression of scale), the ct9 at 1 bar setup would be a 6- It really did make a big difference... Whilst going from ct9 at 1 bar to the td04 at 1.4 setup was at least twice the difference of stock to ct9 1bar... I would rate it now (td04 at 1.4 bar) at like 12! Its amazing. Boosts so hard and feels so effortless when the boost comes on. Before when you but your foot down it felt like the car was trying. Now it just feels like its not even a task. Still figuring best way to drive and to get used to the bit of lag that inevitably comes with a bigger turbo setup but its great. I am on 4e and get 1bar by like 3700 full boost around 3750-4k i think... Once it starts to spool it gets going rapid. All hell breaks loose and it makes me SMILE soooo much everytime. I just can't believe this kind of performance can be had from this car. It just kicks in like a bucking bronco. My girlfriend was really patient whilst I had all the work done. Taking me to tuning developments many times (I had to have my car in between times for work) and she was well impressed with what a massive difference there was. Looking forward to having lots of use out of it now. I hope to do more stuff to the car like coilovers, maybe bodykit etc and seats If anyone round manchester area ever wants to know whether its worth upgrading and fancies a quick ride let me know... Thanks again Nick for all your work and patience! Regards, Tobiah
  20. Looking doubtful I will make it. My cars mapped and running sweet but I'm supposed to go on holiday them! Gf wants to book it and only free week we have! Arghh
  21. why would he go for td06 over td04 if he wants less power? Td06 is good for over 300bhp but will take longer to spool than td04? ( maybe you meant td04) td04 at 1 bar should be fine but one day (could be long time) it will go... Then you'll want to go forged
  22. Td04 is easily good for 250bhp- will be laggier than ct9 etc but 250 easy for td04 with fueling mods. you might want to think about forging if going for that kind of power too
  23. I'm in my car should definately be done for then!
  24. I'm interested if at tdi then or anoher reputable one. Will hopefully be mapped by then let me know in pm. May also be able to get my mate to come- he's got a 500bhp mr/2
  25. emanage. will support you for future. go ultimate to start with and wont have 2 change... self learning doctor or a taught dr to operate on you.. .go figure lol
