I have 2 glanzas... 1- My car which will stay- I bought it pretty standard for £2300 (wasnt a minter) with a fmic and then spent a fair amount to get it to like 270bhp (roughly) I spent around 3-4k with labour from nick at tuning developments and bought most my parts used... i still need coilovers and its not the best looking one... If i could do it again personally i'd save 5k and go and buy a minter forged glanza... it depends what kind of person you are but the cheapest way is to buy it already done for sure...
  3. emanage blue will be great for that. i was ct9 1 bar and had the emanage blue. didnt need fcd and sld either with it... now im on td04 at 1.4 bar and it still works a treat
  4. yeh i would go ct9 maybe a hrybird and max it out... the td04 takes longer to spool and when it kicks in its great however the ct9 will feel better day to day to drive... the td04 i wouldnt have lower than 1 bar
  5. i would go for ct9 at 1 bar. great response and great speed. just get an emanage blue and mani and decat and someone to map and your there...
  6. go emanage blue over a blitz etc. well more useful in future. im td04 at 1.4 bar around 270 bhp and its running great.

    Cheers pal! Was a pleasure and got to the wedding on time. Was suprised those bolts fitted but happy as well! I ended up buying that Glanza I was talking about. Think gonna rape it of parts for me then sell it as a complete car. If you after a forged lump though I could let ya have it cheap mate like 700
  9. ep's can get more than that. with a long enough stretch and "private road" horsepower helps you get there faster but the gear ratios matter the most ive been told..

  13. Yes it is! Need coilovers asap. It's on aftermarket suspension at back but standard at front. Won't help the grip!
  14. We could have a mini Manchester meet. Yes it's my daily driver- my only car. Re petrol consumption it's not been long enough to tell yet- I've only just got it done so have been "testing" it out haha I didn't spend all the money on it though to then worry about petrol costs... Having said that as you don't really get boost before 3.3k revs you can potter around normally and I imagine just use as much petrol as before.... It's setup so that with the boost controller switched too off the wastegate works solo at 0.7 bar the. It has 0.85 bar 1 bar 1.2bar and 1.4 bar settings Decided to take

  16. WOOOAHHH :harhar: Heres my review posted re nick and the guys at tuning developments... Thanks to nick and the guys at tuning developments! This is a review of Nick over the last 6 months or so but primarily over the last 2 months or so... Over the past 2 months i've gone from the CT9 at 1 bar setup (also done by nick) to TD04 at 1.4 bar on a forged engine. Nick did lots of work for me. I bought the forged engine and lsd gearbox from bigdoods which nick took delivery of for me. He fitted a new (to me- bought off bigdoods engine) engine, new gearbox, new driveshaft, helped me in dealin

  18. why would he go for td06 over td04 if he wants less power? Td06 is good for over 300bhp but will take longer to spool than td04? ( maybe you meant td04) td04 at 1 bar should be fine but one day (could be long time) it will go... Then you'll want to go forged
  19. Td04 is easily good for 250bhp- will be laggier than ct9 etc but 250 easy for td04 with fueling mods. you might want to think about forging if going for that kind of power too
