As above i have a 0.5 bar spring atm but after a stronger spring somewhere around .8 to 1 bar, willing to swap for my current spring or buy one let me know what youve got, Cheers

Well it sounds as if he is wanting to remove the low boost altogether if so just remove any pipe thats on the second port of the actuator and leave it to vent to atmosphere

Most likely the second port on the actuator has been blocked off.

Stock actuator has 2 ports, one connected to the turbo, one to the boost solenoid, the port to the solenoid is shut for low boost , and opened for high boost.
