  8. on the stock ecu you should be able to just turn the engine off then restart it and it should be reset if not then disconnect the battery for 20min
  9. As alway its the cold weather its fuel cuting turn the actuator down a bit just one full turn, thats your best bet if that dont sort it then fuck knows lol

Are you 100% sure its the knock sensor? what management are you runing cause when i was runing the power fc in my old glanza the engine management light was flickering through the revs not on tick over and it was doing it because i was useing shit fuel it sounds silly i no but the ecu was mapped for hi octane fuel so when i put shit fuel in it change the timeing and the ecu didnt like it if you get me lol
  11. i dont have a pic but its under the manifold it looks like a big nut lol with a sensor comeing off it if i was you dan id chech to make sure the the lead that gos to the sensor is on right I've know the lead going to the knock sensor come off
  12. It dont matter how big the pump is the standard fuel pressure regulator will only let some much in if you get me so yeah you can get a bigger pump also if your plugs/dizzy/leads are on there way out the ecu will class that as timeing nocking cause its not geting the fuel it should

  19. luke is spot on also Jae every fuel tank builds up pressure as it starts to get emty so you will get some air comeing out so it dosent meen your sensor is fucked
  20. Lol yeh i remember that thread well chris but like you have said, it did look like the blades had been cut. Never mind anyway its in bits now so just looking forward to makeing my own custom turbo lol im in no rush to do it even if it takes me a year to make i,ll be happy I also know what you meen, it could end up costing me more doing it my self but once i know how its done and where i can get the bits from (turbine blades/thrust bearings etc) and get them cheep enuf then im off to a good star im in no rush so i,ll have time to look around and do some research Thanks for the kind words chris

Hello guys just a little update i have had a ct9 turbo sat in my garage of over a year now with fucked inlet blades I've always wanted to take it apart but never go round to it.So lastnight when i had fuck all to do and i was bord shitless i thort fuck it im takeing it apart lol so it did. It wasnt as hard as i first thort,bit fiddly but other then that it was ok.So now its all in bits im going to try and make my own hybrid yes i know it all needs balancing but all that will be sorted lol. Anyway less of the chit chat im sure most people hevent seen a ct9 in bits so here is some pics I have always wondered why the nut on the outlet turbine was a funny shape now i know its to help balance the turbine shaft a bit like a car wheel at hi speeds it can start to shake This pic isnt the best of quality but if you look at the inlet turbine the fins are smashed to bit lol........i hope you guys like

  24. I,ll go and take a pic of my actuator so you have some sort of idear on where it should be im boosting 0.8/0.9 so if you set yours even lower then it should be all good give me 10min
  25. also anyone that says you need an fcd needs slaping with a fish Glanza cl was useing a hybrid/decat/mani/relocated air filter every mod that you can do on standard internals he did and he never hit fuel cut just set the actuator at 0.7 it hits fuel cut for a resion to save your engine
