This is an epic project mate really am loving it.just a quick question have you had any probs with the screamer pipe snappin at all as i hav a sard mani and hav been thinkin about puttin a flexi in to avoid cracking it.you got a picks of where u braced it if u hav that is.thanks

yea you did mate.really regret selling it haha didnt know they were so rare bt need to pay for an exam. time for a small update. did a test fit of the turbo kit on the engine and i need to get the bloody mani face skimmed as its not flat but gotta get it ceramic coated to to hopefully increase the life of the mani. hope you like. luckerly i have a very understanding GF that is letting me build it in my kitchen and front room haha.got a few other parts as well will update when i hav photos.

i would but ill be go-karting and then drinkin as its my mates aswell.defo be at the next one though

i would mate.they will only leak if you dont and will have to take it all apart again.i would replace all bolts aswell with new items.

Haha didnt think it would take long for somebody to mention my flash boxers.Im gonna be running a hybrid k26 so i should be putting the engine to full use.Not going to be having a full respray.just have the arches painted and neated up nt sure what to do with the bumper yet as i quite like it black aswell as the bumper.also thinkin maybe doin the spoiler black?what you guys recon?thanks for looking

yea hope so.not goin championship whit now as i think im gonna have to hybrid the turbo as its an audi item not sard. Any way i picked this beauty up on the weekend from manchester. Fully rebuilt bottom end and head 75mm forged pistons and rods.fully balanced and blue printed bottom end.re profiled 5e cams cruise valve springs and 1.8 mm head gasket.and the angle grooves in head.power enterprise cam belt.theres a lot more but cant remember the full spec.but got it for a fraction of the cost to do it my self.And its only covered 3k on new enginehope you like.

pretty bad but dont think its real.there would be way more blood than that and he would of died from sever blood loss in a few mins.and theres no way he would be so calm about it.may be wrong though

the fronts will be a little morebut the arches make them look further in haha.got 25mm spacers on the rears Just used normal paint that i had made up.getting them properly done soon though as the paint is flaking off. I got them from demon tweeks mate hav a loock under the catches section. thanks for all the coments guys.will really be picking up the pace over the next few weeks just gotta sell my spare car and i can get the last little bits. Picking sumthing really special up on saturday will post pics when i have it

Time for another update.Ben busy over the summer collecting parts for project 300bhp.but im keeping that under wraps for the moment but i hav now fitted the arches and this is how she stands at the moment.gonna be gettin a full respray in championship white(wanted midnight purple but to expensive to repair if i damage her on the track just a little teaser of wots going on her eventually.A lolly pop to the person who guess corectly haha Let me Know what you guys think.Thanks for looking

Im looking at either a k26 or a TD05.wot i want to no is will the car be too laggy on the 1.3 or manageable.dont really want the hassle of tryin to find a 5e block.thanks

its not laggy just gradual up to peak does drop off slightly but i think the tubby is on the way out.thanks for al the help.

there isnt it was just slower getting up there and havnt been giving it beans due to no dump valve.i have a blitz acess ecu so no fuel cut!

just taken it out for a blast it does go to 0.7 then works its way up to .95 but drops off slightly that could be due to having no dump valve fitted.will do ben more work to do this weekend if your up for it?haha

i fitted a blitz intercooler yesturday atm it hasnt got a dump valve fitted so that mite be the prob but the car only boosts to 0.7bar now.do i need to adjust the actuator to compensate for the extra pipe work etc thanks

Just testing the water at the moment but i have a friend moving to tokyo in the next few months and it got me thinking.wot sort of starlet parts would people be interested in being sourced.he would be able to contact any of the ep tuners?
