well cars been keyed all the way down the drover rear quater! gutted and foaming isnt the words to describe how i feel. just means i have to spend money now when i didnt have to before so other parts are now on waiting list gutted!

basically my car is running a td04 at the minute and i have to admit i do love it but i am curious to see if there is any other turbos i could fit without changing my mani or downpipe and gain a quicker spool but keep the higher power? cheers scott

well it was already mapped when i bought the car and it ran like a dream, so its just recent thats its started i just hope its something daft and cheap lol plugs and leads ordered tomoro

yeh ano dude it does sound like fuel cutting but i cant understand how it could be when i bought the car it was fine all setup and everything only recently it has has started to happen so im stuck ;)

im after a helping hand if possible basically ive had to turn my boost down from 1.1 bar to 0.8 bar so my car runs fine. the problem being that when above 0.8 bar its starts to missfire could this be down to fuel pump? plugs? leads? coilpack? or all of them please help as my car only ran 180bhp on the rollers yesterday and i want alot more power than that. by the way im running a dastek ecu so it has been mapped.

well decided to fit some 10mm spacers that i had lting around my house heres a before and after pic there isnt major difference but suppoe it was worth a shot before after cheeky shot when done

basically last night my exhaust started to blow and when i looked under the car the flexy has burst at the bottom and has a big hole in it so what are my options now? 1. get it cut out and a new one welded in ? 2. by a new full centre section ? help me

welllllll after a good think i decided not to sell so time to spend some money on the car firstly i fitted my new td04 turbo with a new actuator but my manual boost controller now does not work so running standard boost atm untill boost controller is fitted. also i treated my car to some new brakes anyways heres the pics winter mode with vinyl carbon scoop for show untill i can get a real one EBC pads and m-tec drilled and grooved disks Wonder wheels

i just wonder if thats causing it to move sumhow and over boosting

basically my car was over boosting.... so we changed the turbo for a new one i got with the car for a peice of mind i aslo changed the actuator but it seems like it can only be fitted using one bolt on the suppost bracket otherwise it would rach the exhaust side of the turbo. turns out my manual boost controller was broke and was causing the boost to spike higher than 1.1 bar thus hitting boost cut. we have linked out the boost controller yet it still manages to over boost any ideas....... ???
