the fmic kit i am running atm is fine but the pipes look very small i think around 2 inch so i was wondering if there is a company who make intercooler kits in a bigger dia? like 3 inch for example? any ideas anyone cheers scott

quick update well my clutch decided to give up on me so i ordered a new 6 puk paddle clutch from nick at tuning developments and he is spot on got it the next day. clutch is now in and car is up and running i do get bad clutch judder if i try to pull away at 1000-1200rpm but its fine and smooth after that. heres a couple of pics of the clutch cheers

yeh same problem with mine arron and yes dean as far as i know the retaining clip is on correct any chance of a picture so i can make sure ?

Aldo a release bearing shudnt have to wear in technically should it ? There shud be no noise as it's all brand new except the flywheel

yeh its brand new just sounds worse when the rom goes higher wish someone cud come look at it lol rpm*

basically put the clutch and gearbox back together on wednesday and there is a funny ticking/catching sound when the engine is on idle when u dip the clutch is goes away but when u rev the engine on idle the noise gets louder it goes into gear fine and the bite point is mint i just have no idea what is wrong now can post video is needed help please scott

looked under the bonnet nowt looks wrong lol and duno wat clutch is in dude as its the same when i bought the car we are stripping it on saturday to get a better view of things

spoke to tuning developments today and they think it could be a release bearing that has collapsed but obv the clutch could be worn aswel so they have reccomened a new clutch but if the clutch is in decent condition just to replace the relase bearing

snapped or just out of adjustment how do i check ?

besically i was cuming down the road and went from 3rd to 4th and when i took it out of 3rd it wud not go into 4th or and other gear so i had to free roll till i found somewhere to pull over.... once i had pulled over i tried it again, yet again it wudnt go into gear. I then turned the engine off and it allowed me to go into gear when i dipped the clutch. so what is the problem some people are saying need a new clutch others saying the clutch cable has stretched and need adjusting how do i do this if possible? ive had no problems with my clutch bite was fine and it didnt slip .... so yeh he
