  1. yea that is nice but i dont want to spend money on this car other than servicing and maintaining it and maybe the odd part , also replaced the lambda sensor and did an oil change made a huge diffrence spent 89 quid in toyota getting oil filter irridium plugs and fuel filter, 50 quid on the walkers lambda sensor totally worth it tho Mr Badger had a go out in this today also think he liked it

  6. its just starlets in general are silly money to insure i bought a toyota trueno fwd with a 4age 20valve black top engine about 150/160 bhp standard and it was only 150 quid more on my insureance im 20 with 3 years NCB

  8. thanks amjad they are so much fun to drive scary at times put the foot down in 3rd going up a hill and it will just start to spin the wheels up at about 4 k rpm all the way to 8 k and the change in exhaust note when vvti kicks in sounds awsome

  10. thanks guys its came a long way in the 3 years i have had the car and still a long road ahead of us yet, but this week has seen all the bits in the cabin i wanted welded in and stiched welded all done, we will make the custom seat mounts and then paint the interior gloss black floor and VXR blue for the cage and brace, then its onto the engine bay stich weld in there smooth off all the factory spot welds and get rid of everything that is not needed replace some factory items with lighter items, then paint the engine bay,
  11. if you had a well set up vvti system it would be close betwen vtec and vvti
  12. my heaters are awsome car takes like 5 mins to get up to temp then my feet melt all 3 of my starlets so far have been the same great heaters
  13. yea it is a bit like Vtec but wouldnt kick in just as hard as Vtec if that makes sense still picks up well when it comes on tho

  17. super strut which is great handling but once any noises come into it we are doing the macpherson conversion turns out it isnt a trd brace just a standard 1 with a trd sticker lol
