will get some shortly liam . i am not a happy bunny went out to fit the steering coloum surround and it doesnt frickin fit it to narrow think it might be off a gt not sure tho am not happy at all. oyea and an engine update is that i got my head back from getting ported and polished gasflowed etc etc next step is get the block notched for the scat rods and get the crank lightened and balanced not much to do after that hope to be running in before xmas

ok guys well i have purchased some very nice carbon bits latley some bits for the interior bits and an exterior part the interior bit include a carbon fibre sterring coloum suround and carbon fibre dial surround thank to keith for them and 1 very sexual real silver carbon zep spoiler. unfortunaly i will have to get the spoiler carbon wraped as the carbon on the spoiler has been sundamaged in japan and is all yellow but when its done will look like reaol carbon

dont mean to burst the bubble on this. yes the coil pack may just plug into the 4efe engine loom but it wont on fte as the dizzy wire on a fte is much diffrent 4efe have 2 plugs fte have 1 big plug i do belive which means you would have to splice all the wire and try and mix and match. if you have the time and money go for it but there is no proff that it will work 100%

i meant the wire plugs mate that plug into the dizzy/coil pack from the loom not the spark plug

coil packs are said to give the car a better spark than a dizzy does dont know if you could use it on fte tho as the dizzy and coil pack plugs would be diffrent i think

thats exactly how i feel liam and i personaly think that a good uk starlet is just as good as any glanza out there and plus the n/a starlet has the weight advantage aswell. a quick question about the engine when its done what do you all think would be a safe rev limit to raise it to as i will prob get an emu when is all run in etc etc i was thinking between 7.5k and 8k rpm im going with turbo valve springs and 5efhe cams so i think it should be ok as my bros gt rev'd over 8 on standard cams and spring

yea i know what you mean dan, but thats what my car is about having an aggressive and diffrent looking to everybody else. i will be taking my bootlid with the 2 carbon spoilers off and it will be getting a bit of a refurb as the paint on it has seen better days, and the spoilers will be getting rubbed down and a new clear coat make them all shinny. and will use the zep spoiler as a lightweight racing spoiler with abit of road use. thank for the nice comment dan im just trying to show alot of the turbo guys and 90% off tgtt that you dont need a turbo to have a quick ep thanks joel
