orite man if its glanza you got then do as follows there is a little arm on your caliper for the handbrake which is common for seezzing up remove the cable from it then vice grips on the lever on caliper use some ac90 wd-40 wat eva kinda of spray you got aply plenty of then keep working bak ind forwards till springs bak you should see it spring bak put your cable bak on then bingoooo!!!!!!!!!! now if its a n/a starlet with drums take drum off take shoes appart watch how you do this because sumtimes it can confuse you lol where the handbrake cable goes onto the arm on the shoes take cable out take the shoe out put in vice use plenty of spray work the arm bak ind forward fast as fu*k till itss very free then put all bak togethor then adjust shoes up then bingo!!!!!!!
