Look man im so fucked up over this I'm goin to ring PayPal tomorrow to find out where my 50 pound is,if you don't have it I want it back..to put it to bed ill send you the headlight I have with the broken clips you can put the glass on your lamp that's it sorted..i think that's more than fair as its not hard to change the glass,that's me doin more than I should but I'm sick of it goin around and around

Ben how much money have PayPal taken back from you?? They only refunded me 64pound sterling I never got my 50 pound deposit back..if you got all the stuff back you sent me..albeit one broken why are you tryin to claim money off me..surely 50 pound will cover it. You keep saying that the dispute was open all month I hadn't been told anythin from PayPal about it. I actually rang PayPal tryin to find out why I hadn't been refunded the 50 pound and the guy said because it was a deposit and its in the terms and conditions or whatever..he said you were disputing me sending the stuff back he never said anything about parts being damaged.. I've been getting emails from PayPal saying that if they need additional information from me I will be contacted. I've never been contacted by you through PayPal ever so how was anybody supposed to claim anything on a breakage? why did you not pm or email me aswel as nick??

You are so full of shit sayin I'm quick to reply here and not on PayPal...I've replied to PayPal within hours every time I got an email,you were all sound when we startin out with the deal reply quick then once you were paid you said on April 21st they're booked for collection,I waited then emailed on April 28 asking where they were you replied may 2nd you said some bullshit about hotmail gettin hacked...and you were bookin them for collection AGAIN..you will have details when you got home...still nothing I emailed you may 8th you gela e me tracking the 9th. On may 24th I emailed after just getting home to open the lights (they arrived a couple of days previous)you said in your email that you took extra time to wrap up securely as they were lights..they were wrapped in clingfilm and a flimsy box.i said the parts weren't complete,you said you would chase it up..june 2nd you said they were found I asked for a tracking number..you have never replied to me once since then I've emailed and pmd you.you were online here several times to see you chose not to reply. Original deal was 3 quadlights,2 indicators,1 grill,1 bumper carrier, One headlight was damaged..but he said he had another good light unit with...wait for it..a broken lense..would I be ok to swap the lense from one to the other I said ye no problem.seems to me you realised you fucked up with spare light you had with a broken lense..i cant put a passenger lense on a drivers side unit so you just didn't send the light and grill.

I sent the parts back by GLS. If you selected on PayPal to refund me once you got the parts back why did I get a refund even tho you didn't sign for the box and it was damaged...supposedly

You didn't agree with me a refund if they were returned..you wouldn't reply to my messages PayPal told me to return them You received them supposedly broken on the 2nd of July why did you not contact me sayin these are damaged get onto your courier????????? Yes I got the light without the glass broke...but I did not force that part open and it was still attached to the headlightThe light was already completely useless before you sent it to me.why would I force it apart what would I have to gain from seeing as I was sending it back to you?? I sent you the balance on the. 19th of april,you only supplied a tracking number on the 9th of may,the package was delivered to my house around may 22nd but I only got back home the 24th to check the stuff out..i emailed you that day to say the other parts were missing.. You replied saying you were chasing it up,it took until june 2nd to "find" the missing package you said it would be with me asap..i asked for a tracking number I never received one and have never received any correspondence so why would I just sit around waiting for the parts in obviously goin to go to paypal. My pictures of packagin show they were well boxed.. Why would I want the bulbs back are you takin the piss..they would probably get lost in the post anyway

I've just seen this update from ben..what the fuck are you sayin I damaged any of those parts I sent them back exactly as they were received and you actually got 2 new bulbs as one of the blue ones was blown first of all saying that the spare light and grill were on the way is such bull..i emailed and messaged you several times asking for trackin numbers for the "grill" and "spare light" you chose not to reply to me..i will happily screenshot all my emails and pms to prove it you said you had stuff going on at home in some of our first message before you sent me any parts at all,i am only human that could have been anything sick family member or whatever so I gave you the benefit of the doubt waiting for the grill and light...but it became a joke I had no choice but go to paypal ....i didn't just just go to paypal straight away how is that you sent the lights to me wrapped in clingfilm (yes clingfilm not bubblewrap) in the flimsiest box you could find and the glass was intact but I put it in a heavy wall cardboard box with extra slices of cardboard it manages to get broken.. this is the headlight he has pictured above exactly the way I sent it back this is the other headlight with the reflective part inside corroded because the unit has several holes in it and iirc the small mounting broken off it one of the indicators.. im really not arsed holding grudges with you but I know those parts were the same when I sent them as I received them and you know it your being a complete dick tryin to claim back from paypal..I've already lost my 50 pound deposit and delivery back to you I've only received 64 pound back from paypal I've bought and sold loads of parts over the years.loads of people in Ireland know me personally and have only ever had bother with one person before and even now I don't hold it against him I've never had bother with anybody in the uk I've bought and sold loads over the years on here and toyotagtturbo.com aswel I even sent that guy from Holland a complete front panel last year when nobody else would bother tryin to sort him out

this lad is such a jerk I wish I saw this thread earlier, he's conned me out of parts.i payed for 3 quadlights (2 damaged to make 1 good one)a grill,indicators,and a bumper bar(21st of april).short story is I only received 1 good headlight I terrible completely useless headlight,shit indicators and a bumper bar,no grill and 3rd headlight(22nd may)..apparently the courier lost them,after emailing and pming he chased up the "lost" parts he said I should receive them asap(2nd june)..i asked for a tracking number and got no reply since nor have I received the parts.i opened a dispute with paypal,they said to return the parts which I did im waiting on my refund now.
