i recently had my dash out to get it flocked and change the heater matrix, since putting it back in the fuel pump isn't working, I bridged 2 of the terminals in the diagnostic plug and it then worked perfect. Before putting the dash in I checked multiple times to see if there was anything I missed.. Anyone got any ideas before I rip it all back out again? Cheers

I am in need of one single conrod bearing shell. One got damaged whilst fitting my Pistons and I want to avoid having to buy a whole set. Need standard size. Can anyone help?

Ah, it's already snapped and I've had to glue it down... Will this cause and excessive amount of smoke? Anyone know of one for sale?

But there's oil residue before the turbo... In the mani. And my exhaust comes out infront of my front wheel so It's not very long. Think the oil would have burnt off by now and it smokes a shit load! What is the pcv? And where?

No I haven't mate. Did a compression test by putting some oil in each cylinder today and there wasn't hardly any difference there either so it's a strange one..

Well when fitting the turbo back on I noticed oil residue on the inside of the exhaust mani, also on the plugs when I did the compression test. This rules out the turbo doesn't it?

Bailey, I replied to you bro. Thanks alot mate, glad it's working properly! Well, where do I start.. I had a glanza, rolled it then put my engine In my mates gt. It was alright apart from smoking abit and it idled high. I drove it for a bit and the smoking increased. I thought it was the stem seals so I changed them. Then to find that it was still smoking. I then went to the turbo, as the engine has had 3 turbos all together and it was showing the same symptoms as when they went. I have a hybrid which I rebuilt the other week and fitted back on yet to find it still smoking... Great. I did

He just said it was set up for 1.2 bar and it may be over fuelling. Ill open it up and see what's inside later. Hope I haven't wasted 400 quid!

He's not my mate lol. I did try the idle screw, didn't make a difference.. The plugs seemed fine, ill have another look later but I don't think it's that. It came with an adapter harness which is the same plug but just g Gives u abit more length of wiring. Ill try it without the harness and see if that makes a difference. Not looking likely tho.

Well it runs fine with the standard ecu plugged in so the king lead must be ok. Matey said that his was set up for running 1.2 bar. I've got pretty much the same mods so surely it should work fine from just plugging it in... He said there's some switches inside it that you can alter the a/f ratio. Don't really want to be opening it up if I don't have to..
