well i thought seeing as the turbo didnt have a nipple like most, td04s etc etc then i thought it would make sense to put it as close to the turbo as possible..

Just as Ollie says, as the k24 has no nipple for vacuum, as did my k26, then why does that have to mean you need one for the tb?? Surely you need to put a nipple for vacuum as close to the turbo as possible, as i did. I bought something similar to this (mine was alot better designed though) http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=vacuum+ni...1t:429,r:5,s:61 I then fitted it into the first piece of silicone joiner from the turbo to intercooler piping, car ran perfect.

Your gut is one of the hardest parts to tone/lose mate, i reckon you could lose a stone no problem with some cardio work and decent diet, but i would say you would need longer to lose the gut dude lol by the way- bastard!!! lol Ibiza closing parties!!!!! i wanna go!!!!!!!!!!!

Shit news mate, at least your getting mates to rebuild it as its mega money to get them done by turbo specialists from what i hear. Also i ran my K26 at 1.5 bar daily with NO dumpvalve for 6 months with no issues.

what exhaust you got? I had 2.5 midsection. Yeah 4500k seem more like it but tbh i would of thought it would be better than that slightly. What management and boost controller you using?

Only spools at 5k mate? My K26 which is a much bigger turbo spooled before that on my 4e, and i had a small mid section.. But yeah the kick from the K series turbos is awesome, almost makes the laggggggg worth it lol
