Yea it depends what mani you have mate, Ricky lee or zisco something like that will be fine anything from eBay or toyo sports ect that are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot will crack for sure! My mates rs turbo has a wrapped mani and the cooling / isolation properties of it are amazing i mean the mani was touchable after a good 10 minutes of abuse!

Not yet i dont what springs rates and damper inserts would you need do you think, theirs loads of Coilover Sleeves availible online @ Gaz: fuck it im just gonna cable tie my springs up!

There like 760quid homi! If i can get a set of rear ones made up i can use my own fronts of the glanza and sell the rears! for a few bob its a muuch cheaper solution! and its better than cutting up my top mounts x

you dont need a bracket the standard one works ok (with some minor modifications) I wound my actuator in nice and tinght, went for a quick burn, cheaked ma boost gauge and adjusted the actuator acordingly This is mine set at a bar
