So I did have her out for about 2 weeks then one night lost all gears

So removed the gearbox and found this

After a clutch now if anyone has one laying about

I'm after a clutch something like spec sprung paddle

Just seeing if anyone has one new laying or hardly any use before I fork out over £300 for a new one

Did you have 2 of you doing it and locking it off with pedal down before lifting again?

Did you make sure the reservoir was always above the minimum, they suck up air way befor they get anywhere empty. This happened when doing mine and had to go back round again!

Yea had two people doing it

Always kept the reservoir above minimum not unless like you said it's been sucking in air without me realising as I've just kept it above the market

You still have air in them mate. Do you have ABS? Then probably air in the unit and hard to remove. You just got to bleed until its all gone.

Nope it's ep82 none abs buddy , literally have bleed them so many times

Dad seems to think master cylinder but I'm not so sure

So I changed my rubber hoses for braided ones

But now I have excessive brake pedal travel the brakes work but the pedal almost touches the floor before they work

I have bleed them about 10 times starting from furthest away and using clear pipe on the nipple to see any air coming out but it all seems good

Have also tried bleeding them with engine running but still no joy

Any ideas ?

I'll be up for meet son hopefully have mine on the road in next month or so

Been down a few times this week doing bits and pieces

The Heater matrix has been blocked ever since I got her so I've been trying to clear it with no luck I bought so rad flush of eBay and now I have toasty warm heat coming out

That stuff is brilliant if anyone is having the same problem

Also been down tonight got all the intercooler and piping back on ready for some boost

take a look on the last page...scroll down...think there are a few pics near the bottom

also, take a look through the entire tread, especially for wepr kits, as they are small and tend to fit behind the stock bumper pretty easily

apart from that you may have to do some shaving and/or piping customization to fit larger cores

I've got a hdi fmic which is a massive core might have to go smaller

Quickly went down my garage today got her back on the ground and drove her back and to in my garage haha

Just glad she's running now and sounding sweet

She looks good with a Blue front bumper. Then again, i love odd things with cars.
